As you woke up on Monday morning, your mood was miserable. It seemed like a great idea to head to the school early to explore the night before, but now it was the WORST.

Your attitude went away as you walked to the campus and you began to take a look around.

'it's not as big as the other campus from saturday, but it is pretty big. Woah there's like 4 gyms!' You approached one of them that had sounds coming from it. 'It's the volleyball team!' You sat down on the steps and looked into the gym watching them do spiking and receiving drills on the court.

You saw the orange haired boy make an approach and jump amazingly high - but - he missed the spike. You choked a little on a laugh, "pfft."

"hey shorty, what are you doing kid?" Ukai peeks around the corner when he hears your laugh.

"Oh! Uh- Hello Ukai. Sorry for intruding, I'm starting school today and I came a little early." You bashfully scratched the back of your head.

"well come on in!" He waved you over to him and you stood up from the steps.

When you entered the gym, eyes from the practice shifted towards you and you bowed. "excuse me." You expected them to go back to their practice, but they all stood there looking at you.

"ehem." Ukai cleared his throat next to you and you looked towards him. Its like he was mentally saying, 'name, give your name, introduce yourself.'

"I-uh... My name is (f/n) (l/n)!" You spouted out quickly. "I'm in class 1-4 and starting school here today." You bowed again.

The team started walking up to you, and you heard a bunch of comments as they did.

"woah, she's pretty cute."

"class 1-4 is a college prep class, she must be smart."

"it's that girl from the game!"

"Hi! Im Shoyo Hinata! Do you like volleyball?!" The enthusiastic orange-haired boy semi-shouted at you.

You tried to match his enthusiasm but he was beaming with pride you couldn't quite get there. "Oh yeah! I've actually played for a long time believe it or not."

"WOAH! REALLY?! You're pretty short, are you a libero?" Hinata asks.

"MORON. You can't just say things like that!" The black haired setter punches him on the top of his head.

"Ow kageyama that really hurts!" Hinata whines.

"pfft~" you laugh at the interaction. "actually yeah I was a libero."

"was?-" Hinata starts but was cut off by Ukai.

"(l/n) was in Canada for the last 2 years playing on the youth National Team." Ukai chimes in pridefully.

"Ukai... why are you gloating for me? You sound like my dad!" You tap him on the back and he stiffens up.

"oh yeah, sorry heh heh." He scratched the back of his head.

They all went on to introduce themselves to you. They all seemed really nice thats for sure, except for one tall skinny blonde.

"Oh! Who's this?" You hear a voice behind you.

You spin your head around and see a black haired girl with glasses. 'she's really pretty, wow.' You finally click out of your thought and bow hastily. "(f/n) (l/n), I'm new here." You look down and see she's carrying 4 skinny boxes.

"Hi there," she gives a small smile. "I'm Kiyoko Shimizu."

"Do you want a hand with that?" Before you finished asking, you already had grabbed the top 2 boxes.
