It's not over yet! Kageyama x Reader

~November 17th 2013~

And there you were, the train station. You got your boarding pass and sat by the platform.

You and Kageyama went back together last night, but it was nothing more than small talk. What time you were leaving, when your camp started...

'damn it.' You clenched your fists. 'Yachi gave me all this false hope...'

*Boarding, 24A*

After hearing that, you moved to the train, got on and sat down. You looked out the window and the stragglers entered the bullet train towards Tokyo. You were watching couples kiss goodbye, families hug... it made your heart sink once again.

...

"Is that..." You whispered. "K-Kageyama?!" You yelled as you stood up, looking at the window, watching the black haired boy jog towards the train.

"shhh," you received from some of the people on the train, but you paid no mind to it.

Kageyama reached the platform and was looking around aimlessly.

You took off towards the exit to get to the platform. The door was just about closing but you squeezed through it before it closed. You ran towards him and yelled, "Kageyama!"

Your yell caught his attention and he turned towards you as you approached. You jumped up and swung your arms around him once again. 'he was here, he came to find me.'

A smile spread across your face as you hugged him tighter and he wrapped his arms around your waist. You felt on top of the world as your body was engulfed with his scent, with him. The hug lasted about 15 seconds as he gently placed your feel back on the ground.

"You're... here..." you panted.

"i..." he hesitated, you maintained your smile as you took a slight step back to look up at him as he spoke. "I have something to say."

"Mhm?"

"I... I couldn't tell you... yesterday," he sounded nervous, he studied your face as he looked down towards you. The platformed cleared and it was only you and him, standing face to face.

"Mhm?~" you voiced in the silence. You could tell he froze up, his cheeks flushed pink as he continued to stand in front of you. You reached up and touched his cheek with your hand. "You're hot."

In that moment, his face got even hotter. "I-I am not!" He protested. You put your other hand on the opposite cheek as you mustered your courage. As you leaned up, you continued to study his face, his eyes squinted as you approached.

Suddenly, you felt lips on yours and his arms wrap around your back, pulling you closer to him. Your face was hot and the kiss was pure bliss. This is exactly what you wanted. Your lips moved together in sync as you embraced.

He pulled back from the kiss but still held onto you, and you rested your arms on his neck.

"So?~" you questioned. "what did'ya want to say?"

"Oh! Uhh..." he hesitated. "I... like you. A lot."

Your heart started racing and your face heated. 'thank god that was what he was going to say, phew.' You smiled brightly at him. "I really like you too, Kageyama." He smiled softly back, you could tell he was happy.

You took a look at your surroundings when it dawned on you. "Uhhh... Kageyama?"

"mhm?" He looked at you confused at your change of tone.

"My... Bags..." you pointed at the empty tracks by the platform. "were still on the train."

"Wh- Why would you leave them on there?!"
