Chapter 5

I closed my eyes instantly with frustration at what she had just said.

Peeking my eyes open, I notice that Damian is looking at me with a smirk plastered all over his arrogant face.

He looks back at Mrs Wilshire with a fake smile. "Of course. Anything for you miss", he says charmingly. Ass licker.

"Wonderful. So I'll both see you in class tomorrow", she says while gathering her stuff for lunch.

We both nod, our facial expressions the polar opposites.

I make my way out of the classroom with a huff, hearing footsteps behind me. Rolling my eyes, I speed up my pace and push the door open to the cafeteria.

My eyes look over the whole cafeteria finding an empty table at the corner of the room.

I pick up the pace and once I reach the table, I slam my bag on the table sitting down with my face in my hands.

Few seconds later I hear someone pulling out a chair in front of me. Opening my eyes slowly, I see Damian looking at me with his beady eyes, arms crossed over his chest.

"Yes?", I say simply as I rub my temples soothingly.

"How'd you feel", he nonchalantly replies. He knows full well how I feel right now.

"Wonderful!", I mock Miss Wilshire's words from earlier with fake enthusiasm.

He laughs slightly at my words.

"Oh cmon it's not going to be that bad, what have I done to you that's made you hate my guts so much that you don't want to spend a few nights with me every week?", he asks with curiosity.

I raise my eyebrow at his choice of words.

Rolling his eyes, "Not like that.. But tell me?", he pleads.

Sighing dramatically.

"Well, where do I start?..You witnessed me running out my door with just my thin vest on and short shorts, with me yelling and waving my arms around like a mad woman, which is the most humiliating thing I've probably done in front of a guy. Well...", I look up at nothing in particularity trying to remember all the multiples times I've done something awkward/embarrassing in front of a guy back home, realising I'm sidetracking I shake my head.

"That's not the point. Also just earlier when you made me late not even caring that it's my first day here?!", I say exasperated.

"Wow calm down girl. Actually, that was your fault, if I didn't text you to wake you up you wouldn't even be here! So you should be thanking me", he butts in with a smug remark.

Whatever.

I take my lunch out of my bag and look at it disgust, suddenly loosing my appetite.

"You gonna eat that?", his eyes bright up like he's just won the lottery.

I simply say. "No"

His huge hands reach over to my side of the table and grab the small amount of food that I have.

"Pig"

He looks over at me with a glare his mouth filled with half of my sandwich.

"Don't even try to talk, please. I'll possibly gag", I plead as I watch him devour my food.

The final bell rings for the end of school.

Also know as, the best part of my day.

All I want to do is curl up on my bed and watch hours of Netflix.

I make my way out the front gates, letting out a exasperated breath.

I'd turn right as I make my way home, inserting my headphones to my ears.

I'd look to my left as I'd feel a presence lurking beside me.

As I take my headphone out, a deafening horn bursts my eardrum.

The fuck?

Instantly looking at the driver I close my eyes with frustration.

Walking on, I hear him say "You alright lovely?", he asks with his trademark smirk on his face.

I inwardly cringe at his words.

"Please don't ever speak those words to me again", I threaten as I make eye contact through the window.

I'd hear his chuckle.

"Why you walking home? We have a study session together, it's a Monday?..", he wonders.

I mentally smack my forehead as I forgot about out agreements on what days we were going to do these study sessions.

"Get in"

He insists as he open the passenger door for me.

That sounded a bit pedo-y. Probably not a word but who cares.

I crouch to climb in his tight enclosed car. Cursing under my breath as I bang my head on the roof.

"Hello.. Lovely", he really is testing me today.

Ugh.
