Scarlett's POV

It's been a long weekend, no one has seen Emma or even talked about her.

I thought we all should be happy, Lily can finally stay behind everything should be okay right, then why does it feel like everything is just worse.

You see this is why it's just better to be alone.

"Scarlett are you in here" someone asked through the door, with that loud voice I knew it was Lily.

"Yes Lily you can come in" I replied.

"Hey, can I ask for a favor" Lily asked as she took a sit right next to me.

"Of course Lily, we're friends remember"

"Alec said I should tell her today but I don't wanna go alone can you please come with me" she asked.

"Why can't you ask Nicole"

"Well Nicole is really shitty at this things and she's no where to be found" Lily replied pouting.

I knew she couldn't ask Emma, but what about if something goes down again, am I really ready for another drama.

"But-"

"Please, I just need someone to be there for me you don't even have to say anything, I really just need a friend" Lily announced, again friendship is not easy.

"Okay when do we leave"

"Like right now, I already called her, she'll meet us at the midst street" Lily replied so fast I thought I didn't hear her right.

"Lily I don't even have time to change"

"We are meeting my mother not our boyfriends, let's go" Lily said and pulled us away.

She really liked pulling people.

"Relax, I can walk" I hinted as we got outside and she opened her car.

"Come on" she replied and got inside while I got in the passage sit too.

As we drove off, I noticed none of us was even talking, this was awkward.

"Do you think Emma's right" Lily suddenly asked.

"What"

"I mean is she even my mother, which kind of mother would do this to her own daughter, it just doesn't make any sense" she said had her hands tighten around the steering wheel.

"Look Lily I really don't know what's right, right now, everything is just so confusing" I replied honestly.

I don't even know what's going on in my life, everything is just so different, I always taught my life was a natural hell, but damn was I wrong.

This people face so much problems everytime, I guess no matter the case someone life will always be worse then yours.

No matter how much they walk around looking so perfect, they were hurt inside to.

"Life is just like that, confusing at hell" I added as she started pulling over.

"I guess"

"But what I learned from you guys is some people are worth it and some will just waste your time, so you have to decide which one she is" I replied.

I've been giving so many advices this days, I'm not even sure which one is right anymore.

"I guess I'll find out if she still wants to be in my life after this" Lily said and got out the car, I didn't even notice that we stopped.
