I luckily arrived before the hearing began. Erwin already waited for me.

The hearing began and they handcuffed Eren in the middle of the tribunal on a kind of pillar. But then the judge asked for my opinion about Eren. I told him that I wanted him in our troop because he was so convinced to kill and exterminate the titans. And that our troop would need exactly these people. The military police said it would be better to examine and kill him. But Erwin said that we could use Eren's power to recapture the wall Maria. And with that sentence all of them drove crazy. In that chaos I noticed Eren looking at me and smiling. Why the actual fuck was he smiling? And then he shouted and the whole tribunal turned into silence. "Cowards", Eren dared to say. "None of you has ever seen a titan. And you all still think that you're allowed to judge over me? I may be a monster but I'm the only one who fights against them." Ohwow, thanks Eren, jup I really think you are the only one who does that. WHO THE HELL DOES HE THINK I AM?? "So if yall fear them so much, why don't you let the strong ones fight?" He got a point though.

Without me noticing it I went closer to Eren while the others were arguing again. I saw him still smiling but fucking couldn't understand why. "What the fuck Eren, what are you so amused of??" I whispered angrily. "Heichou" he said seriously. Okay maybe he drove crazy? He gave me a sign to come closer. "You killed more titans than every other human inside the walls. You really hate them and you're killing abilities are so incredible." What? He is complimenting me? The hell?

"But Heichou.." he continued. "You slept with a titan" he whispered so amused that I couldn't stop but kicked my damned boot in his face. I kicked out a tooth..hoppala. I can't believe he really said that now- but his smile made me even angrier. And so I couldn't stop kicking and hitting him until he lost so much blood that my shoe had more on it than inside his body. The whole room was in silence until the boss of the military police told me to stop because Eren could change into a titan. I was so full of anger; I saw red. Anger towards Eren. How did he dare to smile? And say that even? How did he even dare to touch me? I was so disgusted by myself about last night. He used me. He knew he was going to die, he really had nothing to lose no more. He used that I was drunk. I mean I know I could have said no, but was there even any chance to escape? Once he began, he couldn't stop himself. He was like an animal. And then he dared to fuck me. Not to play around but to really put it in. He decided that I should have been touched by a man, without letting me think about it for some time. My anger towards everyone grew. So I asked the military police if they wanted to examine him, wouldn't they fear that if they are so afraid right now? Erwin took his chance and told the judge that I am the only one who is able to kill him and that we would take him with us to an expedition outside the walls. If he drives crazy, Imma kill him. If not, we use his strength. Simple.

I didn't even notice I was still hitting Eren when the tribunal was already over. Hanji helped Eren and Erwin held me. Erwin told me the judge accepted his request and that Eren is now part of our troop. Under my responsibility. He is alive. He will stay alive. OHMYGOD HE WILL TELL EVERYONE HE FUCKED ME. He put his arms around my waste and pulled me closer into his arms where he continued kissing down my neck. "That was so hot, captain." "W-what?" I asked a little confused. I stepped forward and turned around to see what that idiot meant. "How you've beaten my ass" that one head taller boy said. I saw him smirking. But the rest – the rest of his body.. I couldn't even look at him. His eyes were blue and swollen, his normally soft lips looked like he would have kissed scissors. Okay well, not even impossible. But then I looked down. Not down THERE you pervert! His whole body was full of blood. I guess a titan would have hurt him less by even chewing him. "That's just fair. You lost your control yesterday, I lost mine today" I tried to explain what happened. "You may hit me whenever you want" he whispered sincerely. He was not angry? Sad? NOT EVEN MAD? I destroyed his whole body what is wrong with him. Ok and with me.

I think I just met the biggest psycho alive. But all that blood. So much to clean! I don't even let my blades be full of blood and now this nearly 1,90 tall boy sits in my red armchair and shares his blood with my furniture! So I took a rag and began to wash him, while I was trying to ignore his obviously giant boner.
