Friday 13. 6 am.
Akane had already run to get ready, as she needed to leave. It was tennis club training and had to arrive earlier than usual at school, after all, she trained alone before simulating matches with the only two members she had: Inoue Rina, a 2nd-year kouhai; and Oda Nana, from the same classroom as her 3rd year.
Rena had already woken up and prepared breakfast, as she always did every day. She had an important meeting with the local deputy and the school board for the inauguration of a building that had recently been built next to the school's main building. Rena was part of the student council, served as treasurer, and was the only member who wasn't a 3rd-year student.
Their father was also already awake and helped Rena set up lunch boxes because he was also going to take some of them to work. He was going to help a friend who had a rice field a few kilometers from Miyagi.
[...]
Upon arriving at the school building, Rena and Akane say goodbye and say that the evening would meet at dinner. Oda and Inoue greet her
- Good morning Captain!
- Good morning Akanen.
She bends and training begins. Akane and Inoue were the only players. Oda only served as a manager and as a girl who catches the balls thrown out of the court.

The training was over and Akane realizes that Oda was watching the basketball team's training.
She comes up behind the girl and scares her. Oda takes a slight leap and then complains to her
- You want to kill me?
- Hum... I didn't know you were still watching her.
- Watching who? - Oda asks looking away
- Kobayashi Yui, captain of the basketball team, 3rd-year class B.
Oda stutters while trying to explain and Akane laughs at her friend
- You don't have to lie, Dani. I know you can't help looking at her... - Akane approaches Oda's ear and speaks softly - But I hope you remember that you have a girlfriend and that she's very jealous.
Oda just nods in agreement. Suzumoto was very jealous of the girl.
Inoue calls the two saying that she had already arranged everything and that they could go change clothes.

They walk into the building and comment on the new building that had been built. It was separated from the old building by the softball courts; volleyball and basketball, which were shared; and tennis.
As they passed the softball court, Akane and Oda could see Fuyuka, Nijika, and some kouhais playing a practice match.
Upon entering the building, still in the lockers, Oda and Akane agree to return after class to train for the national championship that would take place a month from now. Both Akane and Inoue were registered after qualifying in the regional championship.
[...]
Now in his uniform, Akane walked through the halls and greeted almost everyone. As expected from one of the stars of Keyakizaka Women's College!
There were two students at the door to the classroom, and Akane cordially greeted them and went to her desk.
- Eh... Akanen seems to be in a good mood today - comments Habu near the classroom door.
- Yes... - Yuuka agrees softly adjusting her glasses.
[...]
The day passes normally. The same classes as always. The same people as always. The same sun and beach were possible to be seen through the building's window as they were less than 1km from the water.
