Prompt- Rom Com
HARRY'S POV
I grab Draco's hand and pull him into the movie theater. He rolls his eyes harshly but continues walking with me anyway. I can't help but let a smile form on my face. Draco's looking around nervously at everything. All the people aren't even paying any attention to us but I think its a force of habit that he thinks they are. He's eyeing everyone with a nasty glare and they all stay away from us.
"What movie are we going to see anyway?" Draco asks me, raising an eyebrow. I snicker and that makes Draco roll his eyes again.
"You'll just have to see." I tell him, pulling him over to the concession stand. As we walk closer to the stall, the smell of buttered popcorn fills my nose and my mouth starts to water. My feet take me towards the scent and Draco quickly follows me. I see Draco look at my face and then the direction my eyes are pointed. He smiles and I lick my lips.
"One large popcorn please." I tell the girl working the stand. She nods her head and begins to prepare our bucket of popcorn. I reach into my pocket and pull out my wallet only to look over to see Draco already handing the ten dollars to the cashier, a smirk placed on his lips. Now I roll my eyes and put my wallet away.
"Since you paid for the tickets, I get to pay for the snacks." Draco states, grabbing the popcorn and walking to the hallway our movie is down. A big grin forms on my face.
"That's not how this works though." I tell him and shove a ten dollar bill into his back pocket.
"Yes it is." He says, gently taking the money and slipping it into my back pocket. I roll my eyes, smile still spread across my lips. I'll just have to find a way to sneak it back to him. Our feet quickly step along the ground as we try and find our theater. It ends up being all the way in the back and is the farthest from the bathrooms. I keep Draco distracted while I open the door and lead him inside the already dark theater. We quickly take our seats as the movie begins. The trailers play by slowly and I see Draco start to doze off beside me. Finally the movie starts and I shake Draco awake, just as the title appears on the screen.
"YOU TOOK ME TO SEE A ROM COM?!" Draco shouts loudly and a few people in front of us snicker.
By the end of the movie, Draco is in tears from laughing so hard. Also crying. Lots of crying.
