A Midnight Surprise

Draco POV:
I am really really not looking forward to doing this assignment with Y/N. She is just so annoying and I wish that she would just get out of my life. It annoys the hell out of me when she is around. She even annoys me more than that stupid Pottah boy. And people have the audacity to tell us that we act like we hate each other because we both secretly want to snog each other. I would never in a million years want to snog Y/N  Y/L/N.
*20 minutes later in Slythein common room*
"Hey Draco want to drink with us? We are going up to the astronomy tower so no one will catch us!" Crabbe said in excitement with a cheerful Goyle and Pansy standing next to him. "Yeah, sure whatever" I responded. Maybe drinking a little gin would make me less angry for when I had to do the assignment with Y/N. As we all walked up to the astronomy tower, we passed Blaise who decided to tag along with us.
*hours later*
After many drinks I stumbled back up into my room to find Y/N laying in bed sleeping with a bunch of papers stacked net to her. Me being in my drunken state decided to go and lay next to her.

Y/N POV:
I can't believe this! How dare Draco just not show up to when we were supposed to do our assignment. I have spend at least an hour looking for him around school. I guess I'm just going to have to do this assignment alone.
*3 hours later*
Ugh! I am so tired. I'm just going to go to bed.
I woke up to the feeling of someone's arms wrapping around me. I could smell the scent of mint and some type of expensive cologne. I immediately turned around and saw Draco smirking with his eyes half closed lying behind me. "What in the hell are you doing Draco?!?!?" I whispered. "Sh sh sh" he whispered back with the strong smell of alcohol in his breath. "Have you been drinking?!" I sputtered at him. "What? No.." he whispered.  He then started leaning in. I pushed him back, but he was stronger and smashed his lips into mine. For some reason I started to kiss back. What's am I thinking?!?! But it feels so good. He slowly licked my bottom lip. I opened my mouth and we started making out. Then, he started to get on top of me. "Okay, I think we should stop" I said. "But I don't want to" he responded and kissed me again. "No no no no no." I stated. "Let's get you in your bed Draco." "Aww come on I want to sleep in your bed" he said tiredly. "Come on." I said as I tried to lift him from my bed. He then flopped back down and got under the covers. Is he serious? I guess I'm juts gonna have to sleep in his bed. "No, come over and lay next to meeeee!" Draco whined. "If I do will you go to sleep and stop complaining?" I asked. "Yes!" He said excitedly. "Ok then" I responded and climbed next to him in my bed. He grabbed me around the waist and snuggled his head into the crook of my neck. I should probably get up and go sleep somewhere else, but I don't really want to. OMG, am I really starting to like him?!??! No, No I'm not I don't know what I'm saying. I started to slowly drift off to sleep.

Draco POV:
I woke up in the morning with a pounding headache. Wait, why am I holding someone and why a I cuddling with them?!!? Whoever they were they are very comfy. I looked over to see who it was, and it was Y/N!! What the hell am I doing in her bed cuddling with her?!? "What am I doing?!" I whisper shouted. Y/N started to get up and rub her eyes. "Wha-?" She yawned. "I said what are we doing in the same bed?!" I whispered louder. "Draco, you came in her drunk last night, laced next to me and forced me to lay with you after you refused to leave my bed!" She said. "Oh, I did that?" I said looking down. "Yeah, and you kissed me..." she said in a low voice. "I KISSED YOU?!!?" I yelled. "Yeah, you did, and you got on top of me" I said. "Omg, I am so so sorry. Can you please just forget about this?" I pleaded. "Yeah sure Malfoy."She responded. "Okay" I said. I quickly got out of bed and rushed into the bathroom to take a shower after looking at the clock. We had class in about 40 minutes. I can't believe that I actually did that last night. Y/N probably thinks that I'm a weirdo now. I still hate her though. I have no idea why I kissed her and demanded that we sleep in the same bed.
*In potions class*
"Ok students, it is time that we all present our assignments to the class." Professor Snape announced. Oh shoot, I never did the assignment with Y/N. We are probably going to get an F and its all my fault. I shouldn't have been drinking last night. "Y/N and Draco, you guys are first" Snape said. Great. Just great. Y/N started to stand up and walked to the front of the classroom with me slowly trailing behind her. "So this is our poster board that we made last night displaying all of the different love potions and how to make them!" Y/N said excitedly to the class. Did she really do the assignment by herself? And she's giving me credit even though I didn't do nay of it!?!? "This is a very good poster board Mr. Malfoy and Mrs. Y/L/N." Snape said impressed. "Thank you so much Y/N." I whispered in her ear. She just glanced back up at me with a slight smile on her face. I lightly smiled back at her.

Y/N POV:
Malfoy looked so shocked that I did the assignment by myself and still gave him credit for it. I am actually hoping that maybe we can become friends. I guess that after last night, I realized that I kid of like him. I don't really know what to think of it but after that kiss, I've had some different feelings about him. Even though last night I was denying it, I like him. I don't think that he will ever like me though. But, I hope that at some point, we can at least be sorta friends.
