Chapter two

It's finally the end of the day and me and yuri are walking home together.
It's not like i like to or anything, it's because i have to, that's all.

"So, natsuki. She began.
What are you up to today?"

"What's it to ya?" I say coldly.

"Well, i was wondering if you wanted to go somewhere with me but perhaps no-"

"Sure whatever, just don't expect me to be early." a smile forms on yuri's lips.

"Okay, great! I'll see you at 5:00." she says filled with joy.

"Whatever." I roll my eyes.
I see yuri walk away from me and disappear into the streets.
A huge smile forms on my lips as I squeal, full of joy.

"EEEEK! She asked me out!!" I jump up and down, spinning in the air.
"I gotta get dressed, STAT!" I run as fast as I can to my house and swing open the door. My dad is passed out on the floor so this would be the perfect opportunity to sneak out.

I rush into my closet and toss things around. Until i found the perfect outfit. I picked out a light beige sweater, and a light pink skirt to go with it. I put on my light beige boots and rushed outside. I checked my phone.

4:30

"Well, that's okay, I guess i'll be thirty minutes early!"
I skip away to yuri's house and knock on her door.
She opens it.

Wow.

She's wearing a black crop top jacket with ripped jeans.

"Hey natsuki, you in there?" she waves her hand in my face.

"Oh! Yeah, sorry!" dammit, smooth move natsuki.

"It's quite alright." yuri says sweetly.
"Now, where do you want to go?" she asks.

"I don't know you invited me, idiot." I scowl.

"Oh, that's right, i apologize. I was actually thinking that we could go to the store to get snacks then come back to my house and watch a movie. Is that okay with you?"

"Um, yeah whatever." I look away and cross my arms over my chest.

"Perfect! Lets go!" she grabs me by the wrist and drags me to her car.

"Hey!!!!" I yell. She laughs as we get into the car.

"That was so uncool!" I snap. Yuri looks like she's about to laugh, typical.

"Come on natsuki, don't be like that i was kidding. And besides, you were too busy day dreaming about 'someone'." she smirks.

"Huh?! No I wasn't!!" my cheeks fill with heat as they both turn red. She bursts out laughing.

"Look at your face!" she points at my face. I dig my face into my hands in embarrassment.

"Aw, natsuki you know i was joking." she puts her hand on my shoulder. I blush more.

"I know..." I say sounding muffled.

"Oh look, we're here!" She gets out of the car first and opens the door for me and does a curtsey.

"There you go, madam." she winks. I blush.
I push her out of the way.

"I could open the door myself ya know, i'm not handicap." I roll my eyes.

"Yeah well, i thought it would be polite to do so." she smiles sweetly.
Pink fills my cheeks.

"Yeah whatever." I could hear her sigh as I walked ahead of her.
She opens the door for me. Again. And it makes a jingle noise.
We walk into the store and yuri is already in the snack aisle.
