"Mom," Evan whispered making Emily look at the woman standing on the doorstep with a pissed off face.

Emily without thinking twice pushed Evan and ran towards the woman. She hid behind her sniffing in fear. In her whole something like this never happened to her. For the first time, she got harassed and was beyond afraid.

Mrs. Black looked at the girl with confused eyes but soon they soften witnessing Emily's red nose and puffy eyes. She was crying and the reason seems to be her son which boiled her blood even more.

"What is going on Evan Black and what were you doing with this girl here." She questioned the ashamed man who refused to meet the eyes of his mother. His guilty eyes were stuck on the girl behind his mother.

"M-Mom I.." He didn't know what to say that he assaulted a girl in his intoxicated condition, that he was ready to force her. Her son has become an assaulter now.

"Didn't I ask you to wait for me. I told you to not throw any disgusting party at my house. Didn't I." She again questioned with hard tone before stepping closer to the boy.

"I know Mom and I am sorry. But right now I need to talk to her." He said pointing at Emily who gulped stepping back.

"NO WAIT." He yelled in desperation when Emily stepped out of the room ready to run out of the place but stopped when she collided with a build-up chest.

"Sorry, Emily but you can't go yet," Noah said grabbing her arm and pulling her inside again making Evan sigh in relief. His mother stared at her son in confusion. He was looking too desperate.

"Who is she Evan and what were you doing to her before I came. Her face is telling me that she was crying." Noah left Emily's arm leaning to her face and was left baffled to find her puffy eyes and dried tears on her cheeks.

Evan looked down while Noah was confused why did she cry. The plan wasn't that bad right. There was nothing for her to cry than why. He looked at ashamed Evan for an answer which never came.

"Don't tell me that she's one of your nightstands and--"

"MOM." Evan instantly cut his mother's words making Emily wince when she called her a nightstand.

"Don't talk about her like this," Evan said making Noah surprised as well.

"And why not my spoilt son. Who is she." She again questioned and this time Emily decided to answer but seeing that Evan instantly blurted out.

"She's my girlfriend Mom."

Mrs. Black and Emily's eyes widened hearing his words. In a second Mrs. Black's lips curved into a wide smile as she turned towards the stunned girl. Noah was frozen as well with a 'what the fuck dude' look plastered on his face.

"Oh my God. Finally." Evan's mother exclaimed almost jumping on Emily holding her arms. She kissed her forehead making Emily more shocked.

Emily shot a grimaced glare towards the culprit who smiled at her apologetically. Noah stared at Evan with a wide-open mouth.

"I am so happy. Emily, I am sorry for what I said earlier. Forgive me. But again why were you crying, my daughter." Emily felt her heart-melting when she saw concern and worry in Evan's mother's eyes.

"Mom we fought and I kind of make her cry. But don't worry I will make it up to her. She's still angry at me but she will forgive me, right baby." Noah coughed a little looking extremely horrified at Evan's pouty face.

But Emily's eyes were stuck on Mrs. Black face who smiled lovingly towards her. "You brats get out I will deal with you later. Right now I want to talk to Emily alone. Get out."
