Hey everyone, it's finally December! I'm sorry for the inconsistent updates, my school has been cramming all the assignments into the last two weeks and my mental state has just been horrible recently. I know it's not an excuse to stop writing, but it's just hard to find motivation to continue. Anyways, here's the next chapter!

Marius stormed out of Harry's office back up the stairs to who knows where. Dominic looked at Harry sympathetically as if he was trying to apologize for Marius's behavior. The German excused himself out of the room and took a deep breath. Who knows what this "bonding" experience could bring, more arguments probably.

"Elias! Here!" Dominic saw his friend down the hallway and waved to him, making the clumsy German make his way over to Dominic. The two walked down the stairs talking about random gibberish, Elias discussing about everyone's reaction to the sudden announcement and Dominic ranting on and on about how he would need to stay with Marius.

"It's not that bad, it's just a bonding experience!" Dominic groaned as Elias cackled in his face, elbowing Dominic who just shoved him away. Dominic grabbed a pack of cigarettes out of his back pocket and opened them, offering one to Elias who politely declined.

"You never stop smoking do you?" Elias chuckled as they walked down the corridors, they glanced into the classrooms filled with new recruits in theory.

"It's addictive, what do you think?" he snapped back, grunting as they reached the main entrance. Dominic pushed open the doors with his shoulders as he brought out his lighter.

"Yeah.. sure.. anyways, which base do you think you'll be staying at?" The two moved under a balcony as Elias sighed, turning over onto his side to see Dominic putting a hand over his lighter, lighting the cigarette. Dominic always looked a little more calmed down whenever he smoked.

"I don't know, hopefully not a training ground or a previous terrorist inhabited area. I'd die." Dominic took the cigarette out of his mouth and puffed out a cloud of grey smoke, making Elias cough a little.

"You won't, wanna bet it'll be Chalet or Hereford?" Elias glared at Dominic as he shrugged back in response, making Elias wave his hand in the air in an attempt to get the smoke out of his face.

"God please not Chalet, I hate that place. It's too cold for me." Dominic leaned against the wall and stared off into the distance. This was his safe place, with his best friend, a cigarette and nothing to disturb him but his thoughts.

"I thought you liked skiing?" Elias paced around the courtyard, looking around and just absorbing the sunlight. Dominic sighed as he looked at his optimistic friend.

"No. Marius likes it so I hate it." He replied sternly as he put his cigarette into a nearby ashtray. He instantly became disgusted as the familiar name came out of his mouth. He always felt Marius had dated him for popularity, but that also didn't excuse the fact that Dominic did cheat.

"Wow. Damn, you really hate him don't you? Well, there's some snacks in the cafeteria, wanna get some?" Elias looked over at Dominic who was anyways getting ready to head back inside.

"Sure, anything to prepare me for a few days in hell." The two chuckled as they opened the main door again, waving over to the instructors and recruits. They walked around the maze of a base until they finally reached the cafeteria.

"I doubt it'll be a few days-"

"Shut up."

"There's only apples." Dominic announced as he looked at the basket of green apples. He stared at them coldly as Elias put a hand on his shoulder. Dominic flinched as he moved away, letting Elias take an apple.
