Excerpt from The Star of Faith

Legend tells you that there was once a girl who lived a normal life in the darkness. She lived in the times where power meant evil. She lived in the times where power meant lust. She lived in the times where inequality was present everywhere.

Back in those days, no one had thought they could overcome the darkness heeding everyone. The king was the only ruler of the country, and he was the one who made all the rules. If you had your own opinion, it did not matter. You would be punished for having a mind of your own. You would be punished for having an ideal that differed from the court.

No one dared to rebel, for all attempts of freedom ended in terrifying sights. But then, with a twist of fate, something miraculous bloomed from the shadows.

The girl was forced into a nature of sin. She was forced to work for her disruptive king who cared for no one. At first, all hope seemed to have been lost. The girl thought that she would never make her way out of her hellhole. That was only the beginning.

A revolution was soon launched from a kindle of the flame. A revolution burned from the fire and a phoenix rose from the embers. Hope was suddenly a beacon for the future, and the girl was the cause of it all.

Some say that she was a mystery, that her true motives were never known. But others say that she is a savior. Whether or not your ideas differ, the girl created a path that the ones of the present can now continue on.

She is now The Star of Faith, and together, we live on to the future of her wish.
