Hannah's POV

There was a polite knock at the door.

Hannah almost dropped the dish she was washing into the sink. It wasn't incredibly late but she had already had dinner. Pull yourself together Hannah, it's probably just the property management company. She was hastily putting on a mask, while trying to remember if her mother might have kept housekeeping as part of the cabin contract for when they were visiting, when she opened the door.

In front of her stood not a housekeeper but the bodyguard from the other day. "Ahhh Sungho wasn't it?" She started, not thinking to start with a polite Korean greeting. Why was he here?! Behind him two black SUVs were idling quietly. Sungho didn't look super pleased, like he'd been dragged here against his better judgement.

"Ms. Bryant. I hope you are well since the other day." Ok, so he had done a background check on her. Not too hard for a good security team, seeing as they had dropped her off at the cabin's pier and her mother's name was likely attached to the property in some way. Or maybe it had come up during the short conversations they had exchanged. She couldn't remember. Hannah only nodded.

"Uh so. The guys felt bad.... for your tumble the other day and wanted to make sure you were ok" Hannah wasn't sure why he looked so uncomfortable, beyond having to carry on so long in English. After all she was fine. It wasn't their fault she had that accident. Sungho continued "And a few of them were even interested in saying hello if that's alright by you." He made an unconscious glance back towards the SUV's as if half expecting the car to explode if he didn't keep checking on it.

They wanted to meet her? She hadn't exchanged a single word with anyone outside the speedboat. She had come to the conclusion that the group was either a bunch of diplomats, some reality TV show, or just rich heirs from a paranoid family. Thankfully she had never had to be escorted like that outside of the rare company event her mother invited her too.

Hannah must have just been standing there with her mouth open looking as surprised as she felt because suddenly there was a call from one of those SUVs.

"Hello! Hoping Sungho*nim isn't making this too serious! We just want to see how you were doing!" said a bubbly voice that was obviously trying its hardest to enunciate more then their soft voice was used to in a foreign language. As she looked in that direction, a car door flew open, two figures got out of the car. The first one looking like he was almost dragging the other one behind him, which was comical as the first was significantly shorter.

Sungho turned quickly as the first guy had called out to her. Was it a guy? She wasn't sure it was a very sing-song voice. He started saying something that sounded a little like scolding, some of the words she didn't quite understand but she got the gist- You know you're supposed to wait till I say all is clear. Both of the guys were wearing mask but she could tell the shorter one had a big grin on his face that went to his eyes.

"Pah! kwenchantago haesso? Jom duh issang-hae-ji-ne. [She said it was alright right? It was getting awkward.]" then to his companion, "Tae, uh-suh. I-mi geu-nyuh-gah ji-be wasso. [Tae come on. She's home!]" He was fast approaching the two of them blatantly ignoring Sungho.

"Ms. Bryant I'm going to have to get you to sign a non disclosure agreement. Mi-ahn-hae. [I'm sorry] They usually are better with formalities". Hannah was listening and nodding to him in understanding without paying much attention as the two guys stopped in front of her. Procedure was something she was used to even if she wasn't sure what was going on.

"Sorry for intruding like this." The excitable one apologized. The guy behind him was mumbling what sounded like a similar peasantry and she thought he didn't look nearly as thrilled about this situation. "This is Kim and I'm Park" he continued in an overly friendly tone that made her feel less uneasy then she probably should.
