It's Saturday morning and I can smell something cooking. I get out of bed and head downstairs.

"Good morning" Steve says while making breakfast.

"Good morning. Don't burn anything" I say walking past him to find my dad.

"Does anyone know where my dad is" I say aloud.

"Ya he's outside back deck" Nat says.
I make my way to the doors and see dad sitting alone with his coffee. I almost don't want to bother him he looks relaxed and calm. I quietly open the back door and sit in the chair next to him.

"Hey so there's a school field trip in two months and I really want to go it's in Washington DC and Peter, MJ, and Ned are all going so I can I go"I said.

"How long is it" my dad asked.

"Two days" I say.

"Ya sure why not" dad said.

"Thank you your the best I'll bring down the papers for you to sign or do you want Pepper to do that" I said.

"I don't like things being handed to me so ya have pepper sign them" dad said.
I grab the papers and go to Peppers office it's on the other side of the house because she gets annoyed by my dad.

"Hey I have some permission slips for you to sign" I say putting them on her desk.

"Oo D.C sounds like fun" Pepper said while reading it.

"Ya I'm really excited even though I still have to wait" I said

"Well I'm sure it will be worth the wait"Pepper says.

Day of the trip

I have my bag packed and at the front door waiting for happy to pick me up.

"Are you sure you have everything, extra socks" Nat said.

"Yes I'm sure I have everything thing I'll need for two days" I say.

"Happy's here" Steve said.
I hug and say goodbye to everyone then I turn to my dad.

"Be safe kid I love you, and have fun "dad said squeezing me.

"I will dad I love you too"I said while breaking away from his arms.
I get in the car and head to the school. When we get there I see Peter, MJ and Ned all waiting for me. When we got on the bus Peter sat with me and Ned and MJ sat right behind us. When we arrived to our hotel we had to pair  up with same gender so MJ and I got a room 3 doors down from Peter and Ned. The next day we go to the Smithsonian museum after we finished the tour we got an hour to shop or eat lunch.

"Peter do you want to take a walk" I asked.

"Ya of course " Peter says while taking my hand.
We went into the park across the street. It had a large pond with a fountain. But since it was February all the trees didn't have any leaves.

"So how-" I say before getting cut of the ground shaking and dark clouds come out of nowhere.

"Peter what's going on" I say holding his arms for balance.

"I don't know let's go find Ned and MJ" Peter said.

"There they ar-" Peter said when a car is flying through the air right at us.
Peter grabs me and web swings me over to safety.

"Here stay with Ned and MJ I'll be right back" Peter said then went off on his webs.
I didn't like seeing Peter go.

"Come on we gotta get outta here" Ned said.
I look back one more time to see Peter but I couldn't find him. I didn't want to leave Peter behind but I had to trust him that he was gonna be fine. We get with the rest of the class and we get to our hotel ten minutes later I hear a knock on our door I open it go see Peter.

"Oh my god Peter" I say jumping into his arm.

"Hey are you ok" Peter says.

"Ya I'm fine. What was going on I didn't see anyone it was just some crazy weather" I said still holding on to him.

"I gotta tell you something" Peter says in a serious tone.
I bring him in my room and shut the door behind him.

"So last summer when I was in Europe this guy named Mysterio made these drones that causes illusions and I thought I caught him for good but I guess he's back and his plan was to steal some piece of technology from your dad and trick the whole world" Peter said.

"Wow so are we still safe on this trip" I said.

"If I need any help I can call your dad. I don't want you to get hurt" Peter said looking down.
I hug him real close to me.

"It's ok" I say hugging him.
