Y/N POV
Wow I can't believe Peter is in my class I hope he isn't scared from James he seems like a nice guy.
"Hey can I ask about James" Peter said
" Um sure what is it" I said
"So uh how long have you and James been together? " Peter asked
"Well the end of the month with be 5 months" I replied back.
"Oh well happy early anniversary" Peter said in a pained voice.
"Hey what happened to your wrist I'm sure it wasn't like that In the halls" Peter said.
"Oh ya um it was like this when we met my jacket probably covered them" I said in a hurried tone.
The bell rang to end school and I saw James waiting for me at the doors I walked over to an other exit before he could see me. I see Happys car parked and I make a run for it. When I'm in I check my phone to see James texts.
"What's a matter Y/N was school ok" Happy says.
"Huh oh ya school was fine" I said.
"Hey wanna come over to my place" James texted me .
"Happy can you drop me off at James we're gonna hang out" I asked
"Ya sure make sure you tell your dad" happy said.
" Ok I will, thanks Happy" I said.
I get to James it was at a older apartment building it was kinda sketchy. I get to his apartment to see his dad passed out on the couch And the smell of acohol under James breath.
"You know I don't like it when you drink" I told him.
"So what I had a tough day at school" James says in harsh tone.
"So is Peter your new friend" James asked.
"I wouldn't say friend we just met" I said
" OH SURE, I BET HE WANTS TO TAKE YOU AWAY FROM ME" James shouted at me
" Ja-" before I could finish he slapped me across the face. I fall to the ground feeling the stinging on my check from him.
"Get up" James said
I get myself up with a tear rolling down my face
" James stop" I say trying to show how broken I am from him.
" DON'T TELL ME WHAT TO DO" James shouted at me. He walks to see if his dad is still asleep and comes back to me and punches my side and kickes me on the other side as I'm on the floor winching in pain I see his backpack on the ground I pick it up and swing it at the back of his head when he's turned around he falls to the ground passed out.
I call happy and ask" Happy are you near by I want to go home"
"Ya kid I'll be there in 3 minutes " happy replied.
Happy pulls up and I run in the car.
" Is everything ok you were only there for a few minutes " Happy said.
"Ya he was pissing me off " I said
Peters POV
After school I find Ned and tell him all about Y/N
" She sounds nice" Ned said.
"She's not just nice she's pretty, smart, funny," I say.
"So what's the problem ask her out" Ned said
"No way she has a boyfriend and it's James he would kill me if I even complemented her" I said
"James isn't a good guy are you sure she's not as innocent as she seems" Ned said.
" No way she isn't like that" I say. Well I actually don't know her too well she could be like that.
When I get home I throw my backpack on the couch and grab a snack. Later I get my suit on and go out looking for some sort of trouble to stop. Then I see Y/N run out of a apartment building she's crying like really hard. Should I comfort her no I don't want things to be weird then I see her sit on the sidewalk clutching her side in pain. Right as I'm about to ask if she's ok a car pulls up and she gets in. I wonder what happened to her I hope she's ok.
When I got home I told may about what I saw but not who it was. I also told May about Y/N how shy and pretty she is.
"She sounds special" May says smiling.
