I was laughing and smiling with my family when the explosion happened. We all heard it, looking at each other afterwards. Jax and I jumped on our bikes to go find out what happened. Turns out, the rebels blew up someone's house to get our attention. There was no one there, or so we thought. As we got back onto our bikes, they came out from behind the house and started shooting. I got hit in the shoulder and stomach. Jax got hit in the leg. As soon as we got back to the clubhouse, I got off my bike, only to fall. Luckily, Chibs and Happy were already coming towards me, so they caught me. I passed out after that. When I woke up, I was on the pool table with everyone sitting around me. I coughed and sat up. "Ow." The guys chuckled and Happy kissed me before looking at me with a murderous face.
"Hap it's okay, I'm fine. We'll get them but right now we need to see our best friend." I put my forehead against his for a moment before I got up and he helped me to one of the tow trucks. We went to the bar Kozik was at because it was his 'day off' meaning he didn't have any tasks today. As soon as he saw Hap carrying me he ran over and took me over to one of the tables.
"What happened Princess?"
"Got shot on a job. I'm fine."
Happy lifted my shirt to check the bandages. Turns out I was hit twice in the stomach, once in the shoulder, and once in the calf. It was a miracle my bike wasn't harmed. I turned my head and put my hand on Happy's cheek. "Babe, seriously I'm fine. It doesn't even hurt that bad." I lied. It hurt like hell but I wasn't going to let them know that. My boyfriend and best friend worry too much and they are very protective so I have to be careful what I tell them sometimes, obviously.
