The apocalypse is pretty great. No bills, no responsibility, just surviving and vibing.
My name is Mosaon Morrison. I'm 18 and your local apacolypion. My parents died before the world went to shit and I dont have any friends so I am alone, completely and utterly. But I actually prefer it that way, especially since the end has come.
Back when the world wasnt so awesome I was a mega nerd. I studied all of the zombie movies, games, and books hoping to someday use the knowledge I've acquired. I am by all accounts obsessed with zombies and apacolypeses. Because of that peculiarity I didnt get any friends. I was the quiet kid type, and loved that title. No one ever bothered me and I never bothered them. But the times changed as soon as the outbreak hit. Most the people either turned into zombies, betrayed and killed by their friends, or killed themselves so I rarely see people from my past unless they're zombified.
I was happy when the world started spiraling out of control. The world started making sense to me. I was in my element in this world of chaos.

The apocalypse has turned my life upside down in the most fucked up way. No friends, or family. Just complete and utter despair.
My name is Melissa Karina. Im a 21 year old college graduate best in my classes. Before the world decided rain on my perade I was a model on my way to greatness. Growing up I was taught to be the very best by my dad. My mom wasn't prepared for an accident so she left my dad and I. Despite being a single father he did his absolute best to bring me up right. Thanks to his parent's winning the a 30 million dollar lottery and investing into big companies, we never struggled financially but he didn't just throw money at me either. He sent me to the best schools and made sure my mind became sharper than Wolverines claws. Oh yeah he was also a huge nerd and geek. When I turned 5 he gave me my very first comic book, "Spawn" the first issue. We bonded over his hobbies and always had the most fun.
That being said though I don't know where he is. After my graduation he had went to Japan to look for a certain manga he had recently fell in love with. Because of this rancid doomsday we lossed contact and I've been worried about him. But I haven't let that keep me down. I believe he's alive and well kicking zombie ass.
But I'm less fortunate. My "friends" turned their backs on me when everything started to collapse. But my dad raised me not to depend on others so I wasn't completely out of options. My house was full of weaponry and supplies all of which I was trained to use by my dad. I've been held up in the house for a little over a month by myself and I'm losing my mind.
I was happy before this apocalypse hit. I had money, popularity, and freedom. But this apocalypse has taken everything away from me

I got way too comfortable. I went on a supply hunt far away from my apartment and had to sleep in a gangs territory. These days there gangs that take over neighborhoods with low concentration of zombies. I have the luxury to live in the city which is a no go zone for most people. No people. No gangs. But I needed some more ammo for my antique 10 guage shotgun I costumized to look similar to the super shotgun from the super old game "DOOM Eternal".Anyway I had to go to a gunshop way outside the city and it got too dark to travel. I ended up sleeping in some random gangs territory and got found out.
"If you want to sleep in our territory just join our gang", one if the goons that are chasing me say.
"I'm not interested in playing an overly masculine tea party with you so thanks but no!" I yell back. I made the mistake of through the backyards of the houses. I'm able to jump two gates but when I get to the third I'm all out of stamina. I make a desperate jump and ultimately fail when my face smacks the ground and I spill all my new found ammo out of my bag.
"Look like your lucks ran out kid" a man holding a bat says chuckling. It's clear he's leading the two other lackeys because all they did was chuckle waiting for them to make a move.
"Pick him up. I say it's time to show him a lesson"
My body freezes up as I'm picked off the ground. I'm terrified. I've always been bullied but. I don't want to die. I loved this new world but the thought of being taken out like this scared me..
The leader gets ready to swing his back when I hear and ear shattering BLAM.
"This is my property. I made a deal with your boss that he'd keep his dirty mutts away from my property and if any if them strayed.." CHICK CHACK "I put them down"
It's a woman holding a really big side arm I don't recognize but looks antique like my gun.
The bullies scurry like rats from the yard clearly knowing this lady. I keep my head down to not offend her "I-im not with them m-ma'am. I was just passing through I swear.." I manage to barely say loud enough for her to hear.
"What are you doing slow poke move your ass and get in here before a horde comes" she says looking around. I quickly pick myself and my ammo up and scramble into her home.
"Thank you for saving me back there-"
"Yeah yeah don't mention it" she says picking up one of my shot gun shells
"What are you doing with 10 guage shotgun slugs without the shotgun" she questions me."It's at...my apartment in the city". She puts the shell down and looks me up and down
"You live where there are loads of zombies and expect me to believe you don't carry a gun?"
I nod shyly. This is the longest I've ever talked to a girl. More like the first time if I'm being completely honest. So in a brainless attempt to sound cool I say the most uncharacteristic thing a loner like me can say.
"If you want I could take you to my place. It's real easy"
