After a long, but crucial surgical procedure, her babies were delivered to her successfully.
The nurses hand over her kids to Sarah and the other on to Taemin.
"Congratulations mama." The nurses says.
"The surgery is almost over, but you handled it very well." Another nurse says.
Sarah smiled as she held her small yet delicate baby daughter on her chest.
She sniffs a bit and smiles.
The doctors then proceed to stitch her belly back.
She slowly turned her head back and saw Taemin holding their son.
She flashed as smile and giggles lightly.
Her heart melted when she saw Taemin playing with his son for the first time ever.
She wanted to cherish every single little.
It was the smallest things that make her day be brightened.

A few hours went by, Sarah was done completely with her surgery. So, the doctors took her to room where she'll be staying there for a couple of days.
"They're so small." Taemin says as he kisses her forehead.
"You did a great job baby." He says he holds his daughter.
"I know, but it was worth the pain." She says tiredly.
"I know you are a strong woman." Taemin says.
"Have you thought about any names for our babies?" He asked as boops his daughter's nose.
"I would like our son's name be Eric, and our daughter's name be Sofia." She says as she is breastfeeding her son.
"I love it babe." He says.
"YOOO!!!! WHAT IS UP BABY DADDY?!?" Mark bust in the room along and the homies.
"You'll scare them you punk!!" Taemin yells at him.
"Let us see them!" Jaehyun says.
Sarah covers herself up.
"They're so freaking cute!" Ten says.
"Guys?" Sarah says.
"I'd like to introduce you to Sofia and Eric." She says.
