Quick A/N: so i plan on this chapter being really long so hopefully you like it.

The sound of your car starting up and what the radio was playing filled your car. You were about to go see your Boyfriend of 5 years over winter break. It was your idea of a Christmas surprise since he was more of a in-person type of guy. You tried to call him as much as you could and on weekends you visited him as much as possible.

"Be careful when your driving (y/n)" Leorio said before getting into his car.

Leorio was also going to Yorknew (that's the town where your boyfriend lives) So he could see some of his friends that he met at the hunter exam.

"You too Leorio." You said before driving out of your college parking lot.

You had the directions on your phone telling you the directions to your boyfriends apartment complex. It was around a 2 hour drive but you thought that it was going to be worth it. You started thinking about bad situations, but cleared your mind before you could think about it anymore. The sun was setting and Conan Grays - Maniac was playing on the radio.
As it started to play your mind started to drift off thinking about Leorio.

Before you knew it you had to catch yourself from thinking about him.

"He's just a friend. You shouldn't think of him like that."

You kept on driving until you hit your destination. You parked you car, grabbed your bag that you had packed for your surprise and waked up the stairs to his apartment. Before you opened his door you looked off of the balcony. You were surprised to see Leorio's car and him climbing out of it.

"Hey! Leorio! What are you doing here?!" You yelled from the balcony of the concrete staircase.

"I'm Here to visit a friend! I think he lives in the room under that one!" Leorio said pointing to your boyfriends apartment room door.

"Small world huh?" You say to yourself while waving bye and walking into your boyfriends apartment room when...

You saw him.

Him and another person.

Why?

Why were they on the couch cuddling like you two did?

Before him looking over to you and opening his mouth you said

"I know I wasn't the best partner but I didn't think I deserved to be cheated on."

You turned around and walked down to your car, slinging your bag over your shoulder. As you walked down the concrete stairs you heard the door on the top floor open and feet walking down the stairs and your "Boyfriends" feet rushing down the steps.

"(y/n,)  it wasn't what it looked like! They were only a friend." He said, following you down the stairs.

"Well, John I don't think that friends spoon on the couch."

"... If your'e not going to believe me then ill just break up with you. How does it feel to be single now, (y/n)?"

"Great if it doesn't mean I have to be with your cheating ass."

John had stopped following you and had went back up to his room while you went into your car. you got in started it, and rested your head against the rim on the wheel. you let the tears fill your eyes. You let them drip onto your pants and you couldn't help but feel helpless. Part of you wanted to go and find Leorio for comfort, but before you could finish that thought you  heard a knock on your window. You looked up and saw Leorio with a comforting and awaiting smile through your tears. You rolled down your window and not only saw him but a blonde dude.
