My name is Elijah and I am 26 years old and also the Alpha to them Midnight Pack. My wolf is called Midnight.
14 years ago the Alpha and Luna of the Scarlett Moon Pack came to my parents as they are best friends and explained there little girl Skye had been kidnapped. I was only 12 years old at the time so I did not fully understand. So my parents Tracy and Robert Watson sent out scouts and scouts looking for Skye and the 3 vampires with no such luck.
When I reached 16 years old I shifted and took over my Alpha duties from my father, he explained to me about Skye and I continued his work in trying to find her. When one of the scouts came back from a hunt after 12 years of tracking scents everyday, he said he found a facility off the end of a forest which was meant to be abandoned and had the scent of Skye and the 3 vampires.
So with this news I decided to send my beta and brother Jayden to go undercover as a human guard and hide his wolf scent for 2 years to gather information for me and befriend and explain to Skye about everything.
After the first year of him being there he mind linked me and told me everything Skye had told him about what the vampires had and still are doing to her and how she now is not just a wolf. I was beyond angry and sad for her because she had to injure that pain for 14 years.
Later that evening after finding out this news I called a pack meeting and explained to everyone including her parents what Jayden had told me and they were devastated but happy she is alive. After talking for hours we came up with a plan of how to get her out by giving her explosives and Jayden needs to let her out and she plants them when no one is watching.
At midnight Jayden would be outside the facilities far enough to not get hurt and waiting for Skye to set them off and use her vampire and wolf speed to get out of there quickly and then Jayden would bring her back to us while covering there tracks.
The only problem with this plan is I had to wait another year so the vampires trusted my brother enough.
1 Year Later
The day before her 24th birthday I mind linked Jayden and gave him the go head and told him we would be leaving the explosives outside behind a tree so when he goes on his break he could get easy access. One Jayden collected them I told him Skye needed to set them off at 1 minute to midnight when everyone thinks she is a sleep.
As the day goes on you can tell everyone in the pack house is getting nervous hoping for this plan to succeed and her to come home. We keep our minds busy exercising and prepare for war just incase the vampires survive and come knocking on doors.
10 minutes before midnight we are all sat in the pack house living room waiting for the noise we are all dreading and a few minutes later it goes off.
BOMB BOMB BOMB
We all look at each other with concern if something went wrong as it is not time yet. Myself and my family worry for Jayden and Skye's family worry for her. Skye's mum is crying so much it makes you wondering if she can sense her little girl didn't make it.
