Chapter 17

Adele's POV:

I woke up all alone, no noise, the place was silent. I remembered what happened yesterday and knew i had to get out of bed and face it, i can do this. I got out of bed and went opened my room door, silent. Maybe no one's up? I walked over the landing and looked down, Chaz, Caitlin, Ryan, Pattie, Justin were all there.. I walked down and walked past everyone and sat on the sofa

"Morning Adele"

"You too Pattie" i turned on the tv and watched some crime scene program, everyone in the kitchen was silent

"Guys, we all need to talk

"Mom theres nothing to talk about"

"I have a rough idea of whats happened, and you guys have always been friends, this cant honestly ruin your relationships?" I felt really guilty by what Pattie had said, it was all my fault, i wish Justin would have just left me, i wouldn't be here causing all this trouble! Tears ran down my cheeks, i wiped them away with the sleeve of my jumper

"Del you alright?" Justin asked, wow he talked to me

"Im fine"

"You dont sound it"

"Trust me! Im fine!"

"Well i better be off, im meeting Shea at the park, bye guys" Ryan walked past and turned to me, he gave me a weak smile and walked out

"Oo so who's Shea?"

"Some blonde girl Ryan met at the cinema yesterday"

"Oh right"

"Pattie, are our flights booked to go back to canada?" Caitlin asked. I turned my head round to see her looking at Pattie, Pattie looking at me

"Yes hun, tomorrow at 6, you, Ryan and Chaz will be on your way.."

"Thanks"

"Caitlin why are you leaving?" I turned my head back to the tv and *talked* to her

"Why do you care?"

"I dont, are you just scared?"

"Me scared? HA"

"You a chicken? Thats why your leaving?"

"Im NOT a CHICKEN" i sat up and turned around to see Caitlin had to red with anger and Pattie trying to calm her down

"Because Caitlin didn't get what she wanted, did she?" Caitlin got away from Pattie's grip but Justin clung onto her, holding her back

"Adele! Thats enough"

"Its the truth"

"I WISH WE HAD LEFT YOU TO DIE, YOU WOULDN'T BE CAUSING ALL THIS TROUBLE!" Caitlin screamed. I started to cry more heavily now, i stood up and pushed past everyone, Caitlin's voice ringing in my ears

"I wish we had left you to die"

I ran up the stairs, everyone calling me

"Thats right Adele, run upstairs and hide"

"ADELE COME BACK DOWN!"

I ignored everyone and slammed the door of my room and jumped on the bed, its gonna be alright, Caitlin and them lot are leaving tomorrow, right? I pulled a pillow round to my chest and cried lightly into it then there was a knock at my door

"W-who is it?"

"Pig"

"C-come in.." He opened up the door and walked in, closing it behind him. He walked over and sat on the bed next to be, he pulled me up so i was laying in his arms

"Its my fault! Caitlin's right! You should have left me, no one would hate us, everything would be fine" i sniffled

"Shh, it is fine, i have my favourite girl and my mom, thats all i need, Caitlin wasnt nice back there, i wouldnt have ever left you" he cupped my face with his hand and kissed me passionately, his tongue begged for entrance, i granted it. He laid be down on the bed, not breaking the kiss and hovered over me

"Tomorrow they'll be gone"

"Justin, we're all meant to be best friends, not hate each other, im the one that should be leaving"

"Noo, your not going anywhere"

"You need to make up with them, Chaz and Caitlin atleast"

"We'll see" he sighed "your cuts getting better"

"I know"

"Promise me you wont do it again" i was silent, i couldnt promise anything

"Uh.. Um"

"Adele, you can stop, stop for our friendship"

"Friendship?"

"Oh yeah, Adele, do you wanna be my girlfriend?"

"Hm, i guess"

"I guess?"

"Yes silly" i pulled him down and kissed him, the kiss got deeper but his phone rang! He sat back up and answered it

Justin's POV:

"Hey scooter"

"Hey man, hows your break going?"

"Uh, alright i guess"

"You and Caitlin still a thing?"

"Nah, i found someone else, someone much better"

"Who?"

"Her name is Adele"

"A-adele rose?"

"How do you know?"

"You used to say bad stuff about her all the time, how you was enemies and things"

"Well now shes my girlfriend and i really like her ok?"

"I suggest you dont mention your relationship to the news yet"

"No, i'll try and wait"

"Ok"

"What did you ring up for then?"

"I know its your break and everything, i was just wondering if you could maybe pop to the studio real quick tomorrow"

"Um, yeah i guess"

"What did you have planned for tomorrow?"

"Saying goodbye to my friends"

"What?"

"Long story, i'll tell you tomorrow, lets just say me Ryan, Chaz and Caitlin are no longer friends"

"Right, see you tomorrow man, explain then"

"Bye scoot"

I hung up and put my phone on the table, i looked down at Adele who was smiling up to me, so many things i wanted to do with her..

"Who was it?"

"Just scooter wondering if i could come down to the studio real quick tomorrow"

"Oh right"

"He thinks its best not to tell anyone about our relationship just yet"

"Yeah, thats fine"
