Chapter 1

Sarah grabs Kill's wrist and arm, twisting her body, and throws Kill over her, and slams him into the ground.

"That's another point for Sarah, making it 16 - 15. And that's game." Bill said as Sarah pants and Kill groans, sitting up. Solar glares out the window, before opening it and leaning out.

"How is this helping you practice your magic? This is just fighting." Solar said and Sarah smiles up at him.

"We have to practice the arts of hand-to-hand combat for when our magic fails us in times of need. Like escaping a cage and ambush while traveling alone. The less casualties, the better. Magic will only get you so far." Sarah explains and Solar scoffs.

"Practice is pointless. I would rather kill them then save them." Solar said and Sarah frowns at that. Sarah walks over to a dummy and pulls it over to the middle.

"I'll show you what happens with magic." Sarah said as Kill moves out of the way. Sarah's eyes flashed ice blue as she breathes in before grabbing the dummy and doing the same move she did on Kill, except frost covers the dummy arm and an pillar of ice shot up from the ground going through the dummy and traps it in solid ice. Sarah breathes out and smiles as turns to her brother, and Kill walks up to the ice.

"See? That's what happens with magic." Sarah said and Solar growls and turns away, shutting the window. Sarah's smile drops a bit and she sighs.

"Uh, Sarah? Can ice do this?" Kill asked and Sarah turns to look at the ice. The dummy was burning inside the ice.

"Ah! The dummy!" Sarah said, panicking as she runs over.

"How is the training going?" King Cipher walks into the traing grounds and Sarah looks at him with teary eyes.

"Cipheeerrrr. I killed the dummmmmyyyyyy." Sarah said as she sniffs. King Cipher sighs and looks at the ice.

'Ice that burns hot. I wonder if she has fire. Would fire that freezes cold?' King Cipher thought as the three boys look in awe as the dummy burns away with Sarah sobbing that she 'killed' the training dummy. King Cipher watches as Kill teases Sarah for crying over a peice of wood as Sarah summons fire and yells "BURN, you asshole!" and Kill yelling back "H-hey! That's cold! Watch it!". King Cipher chuckled.

'So it's true. She's so much like her mother.' King Cipher thought as Bill laughs at Kill, who's trapped in a circle of cold fire. Then a shiver went down his spine as he remembers the mood swings.

Later~~~~

"Not now, Sarah!" The King said, looking over paperwork. Sarah huffs.

"But dad! You always make time for Solar! What about me?!" Sarah asked. The king glances up at Sarah and back down at the papers.

"What about you? You're a girl. The best I can do is marry you off. Now get out of my sight." The king said, waving his hand at her. Sarah glares at him with such hurt and hate.

"At least Mom was a better ruler then you. Excuse me, Your Highness." Sarah hissed as she turns on her heels and walked out. Once the door closes, Sarah breathes out.

"Ah. Sarah. What's wrong? Gonna cry? Hahahaha!" Solar laughs and Sarah glares at him.

"If you're done acting so spoiled, I have somewhere to be." Sarah said. Solar growls as he glares at her.

"You don't have what it takes to be King! Girls can't rule! If I'm king. I will have you to support me as your king." Solar said and Sarah frowns.

"My king? You will never be my king! I will not serve under you!" Sarah snaps at him as Solar scowls.

"We're family! Family helps each other out!" Solar yells and Sarah turns her heel.

"I have magic. You don't. I'm first born. You're not. I'm older. You're young. I have the higher chance of being the next ruler than you. Since when did you think that we were family?" Sarah asked and walked away before Solar could answer.

Sarah reached the courtyard when King Cipher called out.

"There you are, Snowflake! I was looking for you." King Cipher said walking up. Sarah flushed in embarrassment hearing the nickname.

"N-n-n-not my name!" Sarah said and King Cipher laughs and lifts her tiara to ruffle her hair. Sarah swats at his hand as she grabs the tiara out of his magic and fixed it back on her hair.

"Anyways. I need you to come with me to meet with a possible alliance." King Cipher said and Sarah nods.

"Of course. Is any of the others coming?" Sarah asked as they two begun walking towards a carriage.

"I was thinking Bill or Will for this alliance, but since you are older by a few minutes. I want to have your opinion when you meet them. To the neighboring kingdom." King Cipher said as he and Sarah climbed into the carriage. The driver nodded and flicks the reins.

"What's the alliance about?" Sarah asked and King Cipher pulls out a letter to read over.

"I'm hoping to have a marriage alliance with the kingdom and mine incase your broher takes over this one. If that happens, I'll have you as acting ruler when Bill takes a break with his bride." King Cipher said as Sarah nods.

"And if I take over our kingdom?" Sarah asked and King Cipher smiles.

"You will still rule as queen. You can rule alone or with a partner of your choice." King Cipher said. Sarah lets of a breath and looks out the window.

"Get some sleep. The driver will let us know when we're there." King Cipher said and Sarah nods as she closes her eyes. King Cipher smiles softly.

If only you were my daughter. I would give you the world.
