Disclaimer: game and characters owned by JJSTUDIOS.This book is about a Roblox game similar to Dagonopia (did I spell it right? I don't play that game, tell me if it's good), as so I've heard. The main goal is to eliminate the other team. For example, if you are evil, you would want to kill/vote all of the good players. The good players would want to vote all of evil. There are usually three evils and the rest are good. There are many different roles in this game, including:
Good team:
Detective: the detective is the leader of the good team. They receive a clue each night, either saying; At least one of these players is good: and then two names or At least one of these players are evil: and then three names. The goal of the detective is to put the pieces together and find who is evil and good.
Psychic: the (my opinion) most important role of the game. They get to check a player's innocence each night and can see if they are good or evil. Psychic is usually the evil teams' worst enemy. Let's say psychic checked Vinny. If Vinny is evil, it would state in the morning: "Vinny is Evil". If the psychic found out they are evil, boom, they are out.
Spy: a pretty useful role. The spy can bug a player at night and see who visited them. So, if Mila kills Alicia, and spy bugged Alicia, then they will see this pop out: Alicia was visited by: Mila. If Alicia dies that night, that means Mila is the murderer, and she had just given herself a death sentence by killing Alicia... rip.
Medic: the third most useful role. Medic is able to protect a person from getting killed. If the medic protected the person who was targeted by the murderer, then that target is safe and will not die. This role needs some serious luck.
Twins: the twins are probably the most unfortunate role, as they have double the chance to die. If one twin is targeted by the murderer, then both twins die, unless getting saved by the medic.
Muffin man: the best role of the game! It's simple, they get to deliver one muffin per night. The muffin doesn't do anything, just something to play around with, but who wouldn't want muffins???
Survivor: the most boring role ever. Their goal is to just survive, with no real purpose.
Evil team:
Murderer: the main role of the game and is the leader of the evil team. This player can kill one player per night. If they kill one of the twins, both will die. Their enemy when killing is the medic. If the target is healed, that means the murderer did not successfully murder the target.
Assassin: the "sidekick" of the murderer. This player knows who the murderer is and can kill one time throughout the entire game. Their goal? Simple, really. Contact the murderer and avoid getting voted.
Dark psychic: the opposite of psychic (role posted above). The dark psychic can check a player's innocence each night and can see which team they are on. But, there is a twist. They are on the evil team, which will question everyone's trust in psychic and makes the game harder than usual.
Scout: the opposite of spy (role posted above), and the most useless role (in my opinion) in the evil team. Scout can bug one person per night, and see who visited them. For example, if Kai kills Annie, and the scout bugged Annie, then they can see who killed Annie. It would then said "Annie was visited by: Kai" The scout can use this to get in touch with the murderer and make sure they don't kill them.
Witch: a really great help when there is a psychic, medic, or detective. The witch can block one person per night. If blocked, the player can't use their ability. This only does not work on the Murderer or the Assassin. For example, if the witch blocked Dvir, and he was psychic, Dvir wouldn't be able to know if the person he checked was good or evil.
Neutral
Clown: the role with the most freedom. The clown's goal is to be voted out, and that makes the game 1000% harder, and probably give players trust issues. If the clown is voted, then they are able to kill someone. The clown is neither good nor evil, so it's their choice who to kill.
