Everyone clapped as Soundwave finished. He could feel himself blushing, he silently thanked himself for having a visor. Everyone but Miko clapped, he felt a sudden flare of anger, but at any rate that was much more regular than feeling embarrassment.
Soundwave felt compressed between all the stares. He suddenly wondered if this was even a good idea. He looked up at Camellia expectingly who only nodded with a thumbs up. He looked around at the Autobots who dispersed into their ordinary stations. Soundwave couldn't help but smile to himself but then his smile turned to a thick layer of embarrassment.
"I didn't know you could sing," Miko's voice was dull and she turned, her back now facing Soundwave. He thought for a moment. Was he really singing? If she thought he was singing then he must have been.
"Get away from him. Come on Echo let's go outside." Camellia walked up behind him. Her arms folded of her chest.
Ratchet spoke urgently to Optimus as they both left.
"Echo, you never told me too much about your personality or life. Can you show me another clip of your life?"
In the video/Flashback
Darkness engulfed the night. Soundwave rested on his berth as the moon peeked into his cell. It slipped right over as if scared of getting trapped. Soundwave couldn't blame the moon. It wasn't even alive, but he wish it were. Even if it would just squeak it would be enough.
His cell unlocked as Windstroke called, "Get me something to eat!"
Soundwave pushed the cell open and headed for the cooler. It had nothing in it. Soundwave came to Windstroke empty.
"You dare come to me without anything! Well don't just stand there get me something!"
Soundwave gave a small bow before leaving. They had no credits, he knew this for a fact. They have been broke for sometime, and will continue to do so unless somebot gets a job. It was always Soundwave's problem, and fault, if they ever ran out of energon to eat. All the pressure was pressed upon his shoulder plates.
He sometimes even needed to steal for him. He sighed remembering the last time he had stolen. He had nearly gotten caught. It was often that he had to steal, but it was far more often than Soundwave had anticipated.
Soundwave calmly walked into the store feeling small. He snatched up a few crystals of energon pretending to examine them. He waited for the chance to race away, but the clerk watched him carefully eyeing the crystals. He sigh putting them down, he wouldn't be able to steal from this bot. He walked away wondering if it would be easier if he got a job. It might be since he wouldn't need to steal. If only Windstroke didn't just make things all day. Over half of them don't even work. If they do work it's only for a short period of time, and just a few seconds.
Unlike Soundwave Many of his inventions have failed, and for good reasons too. For starters, they stole the home. Next, often times they don't have electricity so they have to make due with what they have. Which was never a lot..
At any rate Windstroke wanted food, so be it. This task has proved to be more difficult as many started to notice their items were being stolen. They wouldn't be able to eat for sometime and if Soundwave does get caught Windstroke would be equally mad as if he had never brought him food. All the same, he would be punished and maybe thrown out if he was lucky.
As far as Soundwave was concerned he had a chance to escape at this very moment, but he knew he had a tracking device. He would have to locate it and get rid of it. He isn't an item to be tossed around.
