So this is basically a SPY AU with fem!Kakyoin x Jotaro. That's pretty much all there is to it? But I'll summarize the events leading up to their "meeting"...
Yes. There are stands.
So first, Joseph Joestar and his friend Avdol, who is from Egypt, come to see Joseph's daughter, Holly. Holly's son, Jotaro, one of the main protagonists, won't leave his jail cell. He got into a fight with some street punks, landing all four of them in the hospital. He believed that he was "possessed by an evil spirit" which, after a battle with Avdol trying to coerce him out of his cell, is actually his stand, Star Platinum.
Later on, Jotaro learns that there are other people out there who have powerful stands such as his own. One of those people being DIO, a vampire from 100 years ago who stole Joseph's grand-father's body. (Jotaro's Great grandpa in this case).
The next day, Jotaro meets an interesting character on his way to class...
