Hiccup's P.O.V.

I lay on my back in the cave staining at the dark ceiling.

I'm currently in my human form, but I don't feel like I am.

My mind was so full right now.

I actually don't feel like myself.

The past week I felt... Not me.

After a bit, I finally realize what had happened.

I was turned into a Night Fury, I tried to keep it a secret. Then Astrid found out and the gang. Now I've had the feeling to kill Snotlout.

My own family.

I have a team to do so. But I don't think I can do it.

I shake my head slowly, still lost in my thoughts.

I can't battle my own village.

Berk is my home. My place.

Battling that would be battling myself.

... All these thoughts are clouding my mind.

I need to decide what to do.

If I don't launch this attack, I will die. But if I do, my village might die.

My thoughts get partly erased from my mind when Toothless padded up to me.

"What's wrong?" He asked.

"Nothing. I'm just thinking." I say.

"Thinking? Thinking about what?" He asked.

"Stuff."

Toothless narrowed his eyes.

"Hiccup. What's wrong?"

I sit up then look at him.

"I think I've made a mistake doing this, Toothless." I say.

"Doing what?"

"Planting a raid on Berk."

"I never thought you'd do that." Toothless told me.

"I know.."

"I don't even know what got into me, Toothless. For the past couple of weeks, I haven't felt like myself." I say to him.

"What do you mean?" He asked.

"I mean. All that's happened... I think it effected me to much."

He looked at me.

"I was turned into a Night Fury, I tried to keep it a secret. Then Astrid found out and the gang. Now I've threatened to Attack Berk." I explain.

Toothless sighed. "This is my fault then." He sighed.

I look at him.

"I was the one who turned you." He said.

"Yeah but I was the one who broke the promise and got revealed." I say.

We were silent for a moment.

It gave me some time to think.

"What are you thinking, Hiccup?" He asked.

"I'm thinking I made a mistake." I say.

After a while, I take a deep another breath. "... I can't... Attack Berk." I finally say.

He looks at me.

"I can't do it..." I started again.

We were silent again.

I shake my head slowly, still lost in my thoughts.

"I can't battle my own village, Toothless. Berk is my home. My place." I explain. "Battling that would be battling myself."

"So what are you going to do?" He asked.

"I need to decide what to do." I hiss quietly. "If I don't launch this attack, I will die. But if I do, my village might die."

I sigh again.

"My father, Astrid. The Dragon Academy. Gobber. Everyone else who lives there, will all die because of a fight between Snotlout and I." I say.

Toothless looked at me.

I then shake my head again.

"I'm not doing this.

"No one deserves to die because of this." I say.

Toothless gave me his famous toothless smile, which actually made me smile.

"Your doing the right thing Hiccup." He said. "I was waiting for you to see it yourself."

I smile again.

I then hear Amber coming out of a bush. I look over to see her and her Dragon coming over with a basket of fish.

She comes into the cave then dumps the fish. "Dinners served." She said.

NightStorm and Claw charged into the cave going for some Fish when Toothless stopped them.

"Hiccup gets first choice!" He snarled.

The two dragons backed down looking at me.

"No. Go ahead. They can have it. I'm not hungry." I say.

"I think I'm going to go it alone." I say.

Toothless looked at me.

"I'm coming." he said.

"Me too." Amber added.

I sigh then narrow my eyes.

"So much for alone." I sigh.

"It's better then being alone, Hiccup. Especially with Berk on a hunting patrol." Toothless told me.

"Hunting patrol?" I ask.

Toothless nodded.

"Your father and a bunch of other vikings are in a hunting patrol looking for you." Toothless told me.

"How do you know this?" I ask.

"I overheard Your father talking about it, before I left the trees." he said.

I sigh madly. even if I changed my mind, I might still have to fight.

"Okay." I say.

"We'll go together." I say as we head out into the trees.

A/N: So There's my update. A little bit of a plot twist.

Uh. I'll try to update again tonight. But I might not. If not, I'll have one hopefully tomorrow.

I am also sad to say that this is almost done too. There's probably about 4 or 5 chapters left in this. And I'm also sad to say that there will not be a sequel. I have no idea for a sequel so I'm not making one.

Thanks for everyone who liked this, and read this. I appreciate it.

I'm glad so many people liked this.

It's probably 1000 more people then I actually thought would like this. My guess was probably just 100 views on this book.

It started out as a small little side book that no one would read, but then it turned into... well this. I got begged for updated daily for this.

So thank you for the people who commented, voted and enjoyed this...

So, yeah. Now that I've rambled for maybe a minute, I'll go start thug next chapter.

I'll try to update soon.
