Networking is important. Comment on the pages of authors whose books you like, thank your readers for reading and voting, give free shout outs, and so on. Don't say read my book. Just show gratitude and appreciation for their work.
Wattpad isn't the most organic search engine out there, so network and leave your marks wherever you go. It helps in gaining more audience.
