Sam Winchester walked through the doors into what was supposed to be a bar. He was waiting for someone. He sat at the front of the bar while trying not to look obvious as he stared down the possible suspects. He was ready to save his brother from himself.

It's been three months since the demon in Dean had relapsed. Sam had almost lost all hope in saving his brother, but he knew he couldn't give up. The Mark of Cain is destroying him. It's turning him into something he's not. Dean is not Dean. So far Sam had only found a little bit of research. There's not much on the Mark. He saw only the things he already knew. This meant that he had to find out on his own. This is why he is in the bar. Searching for a demon.

He looked to his left and saw a beautiful girl staring at him.
"Not now," he whispered to himself.
She was flawless. She had long brunette hair with accents of blonde. Her skin was pale and she was tall. She looked almost six feet tall. She wore a red blouse with black leggings and a black leather jacket.

She was perfect.

Sam couldn't resist as she approached him in her six inch tall ankle boots.
As she walked closer she looked at the beer in his hand.

"You look like someone who needs a little something stronger than a beer." she said.
"You have no idea." Sam replied giggling as he put the beer to his lips.
"Care to share your name?" she said.
"Sam."
"Well Sammy," she started to say before Sam interrupted her.
"Don't call me that," he said rudely.
"Down boy, it's just a name," she replied instantly.
She was suave and intimidating. "There's only one person who can call me that." he replied as he drunk more of his beer.
There was an awkward pause.
"I guess that my cue to leave then," she said.

As she started to walk away she turned to face Sam.

"Stay out of trouble Sam," she said.

Sam lifted his beer as if he was going to make a toast.

"Always am," he said.

Sam was looking around the bar scoping everyone out. He saw a man talking to a girl. She looked about twenty-two. He was kissing her neck and whispered something in her ear.
Sam didn't know how, but he knew this man was trouble.

They started to walk towards the back exit.

Sam decided to follow as he gripped his belt, pulling out the demon blade.
He exited the door and found no one. There was no man or woman in the dark alley way. Sam could hear his own heart beating.
He felt anxious.

As he went to walk back inside, someone grabbed his shirt throwing him to the floor. Sam screamed as the rock on the floor cut open his bare hand.

He went to reach for the blade when the demon kicked him in his stomach and face.
Sam was thrown back again by the force of his kick.

He was laying there, still as he could be because of the pain. The demon started walking closer to him as Sam held onto a rock on the floor. He was ready to fight back. The demon got closer as Sam got up and stabbed him with the rock in his hand.

The demon laughed and threw Sam up against the wall choking him.
Sam, unable to breathe, couldn't think of anything. He was still and about to run out of breath when someone burst open the door and started fighting the demon. Sam fell to the floor trying to regain air to his lungs. The person fought the demon and stabbed him with what looked like Sam's demon blade.

The person moved out of the dark towards Sam. He thought he was crazy because he recognized this person.

"Well this certainly isn't staying out of trouble Sam!" said the girl from the bar.

She grabbed Sam's hand trying to help him up, but Sam pulled away.

"So I saved your life and you're still a total douche?" she said.
"What's your name?" Sam asked breathing heavily.
"Sage Blake," she started.
"My parents were hippies," she finished.
"I'm Sam Winchester," he started.
"I know," she finished.
"Have we met?" he asked.
"No, but I've heard of you," she hesitated at finishing the rest of the sentence.
"Sam I can save your brother," she finished.
