Hey Bea,

As expected Kaz drilled me on you. Not that I gave anything away, but she just gave up after a few choice words on my part and has since left me be. Which brings me to my next thoughts. I enjoyed our time together, I'm glad you wanted to meet me still after all that I told you. Still mind boggled about that.

And I KNOW you've warned me about Franky and how she is. But my god! Bless Bridget for dealing with that crazy woman of hers. I swear Franky is the biggest flirt I've ever met! And that's saying something, cause I can be pretty flirty myself. But damn she puts me to shame! But her cooking is damn good. If she wasn't a fantastic lawyer, she could be a chef.

And thank you for the seahorse drawing you sent me with the cookies (tell maxi they were delicious) who drew the picture? Its amazing! I miss you, I hope that's okay to say seeming we met once. But between the letters and the others I feel like we're there. I dont know if that makes sense. Anyways before I further embarrass myself I have to head off to work detail. Write soon?

-Allie.

Bea smiles as she reads the letter and taps the table her hand rests on. "Hey booms get me another would you?" Bea says as she finishes her beer and stuffs Allie's latest letter in her pocket.

"Sure thing Bea."

"How are you hun?" Maxine asks as she sits next to her sister and watches as Franky and Bridget dance together.

"I'm good maxi. I'm good."

"Oh yeah? Does this mood have anything to do with a certain blonde?"

Bea smiles as she hears the mere mention of Allie. She quickly takes a sip of her drink to hide the already seen smile.

"Fuck sis, what am I doing? A part of me feels like I should be put off because where she at right now. But I'm not, I cant find it in myself to care."

"That's because you see the person she is, not the person she was. You know her as the one fighting like hell to clean up her act and from what I hear. Shes doing really well in her studies for the realtors exam."

"Yeah she is, I'm really proud of her."

"Good, you should be." Maxine says as she sips her drink and takes in the relaxed posture of her sister. A very rare thing to see.

--

Dear Allie,

I cringed to think what Franky has done now, but yes I've warned you and so has her soon to be wife. But I'm sure you can keep up with her, especially now after I've met you in person. Which I did enjoy by the way.

Maxine says that anytime you wish to have cookies just to let her know. Shes even extended it to pies and cakes as well. Lucky one, I still get cookies and I have to beg for pie! What's your favorite? Mine is lemon and cherry.

I miss you too alliecat, I do understand what your getting at. If it's okay with you, I'd like to come back in to visit. But I'll leave that with you. I'm glad you like the drawing, I drew it. After how much you liked the postcards I had set of them I thought you might like it. Until next time.

-B. Smith

Allie smiles at the letter, her smiles widens multiple times as she reads over the teasing remarks about Franky and Maxine, the nickname she has been given, the drawing she absolutely loves and of the obvious care to her. Giving her the choice of if she wants Bea to come back. And she does want to see her again, so much.

Dear Bea,

Alliecat? I dig it, but I hope you know it gives me every right to give you a nickname as well. And at our next visit (yes I want to see you again) I will tell you it. Your very talented by the way, I really love and enjoy the drawing you sent. Can I see more of them once I'm out? If not that's okay no pressure.
