chapter 8: UA day 4

Izuku's POV:

I walked towards UA dragging my feet behind me but picked them up when I realised that it was a music day today. Recently I have been exploring new styles of singing and I believe I found a couple of good styles that I made songs with. As I was walking to school someone caught my eye, Dabi, "Dabi, what are you doing here you are a fucking villain!" I whisper shouted at him to only receive a shoulder shrug back. I quickly ushered him out of there and ran into UA hoping nobody saw me talking to him, god knows what would happen if they set eyes on me talking to a villain, I could even be disowned for talking to him. But I enjoy spending time with the villains and they understand me better than anyone else, it's only the rules and how we act keeping us from joking around in public but if I decided to talk to them in public the punishment could be as grave as death. That's the reason my mother died, she fell for one of the greatest villains known to man and had a child with him but the heroes couldn't understand that it was okay so they killed both of my parent's and sent me away to the old orphanage.

Ochako suddenly jumps up behind me yelling "BOO!" causing me to jump out of my shoes, confused about why she is giggling. I turn around and see Shoto scrolling through his phone while Iida lectures him for having his phone on school grounds. Bakugou, Mina, Kirishima and Jiro walking behind them arguing if pancakes or waffles are better. I relax but not for long as we all realise we are late and start rushing to the class pushing the other normal students out of the way, a messy purple-haired boy catches my eye and gives me a wink before walking out of our way. I continue to run towards class seeing that they left me behind "Stupid, now I'm late," I mutter while pouting and speeding off towards my class.

"Ah, so Izuku you decided to join us," mocked Present Mic as he rolled his eyes motioning for me to sit down.
"Aha yeah sorry about that," I apologised, sweating profusely.

The class started and Present Mic started to tell us about how much our posture matters and how to look professional while singing. He continued on about this for around half the class before introducing our project. We were going to be teaming up with the class 1-C for this project, their class was working on music videos so we got to pick a team to sing with and then pick a team from the other class to work on the music video and the development with. I was curious to venture into this new area of singing, I had never done anything more than sing and upload it before but I was excited none the less.

I walked over to Ochako and Shoto and we agreed to partner up but now we were just waiting for the other class. The other groups were:

Group 1- Bakugo, Kirishima and Jiro

Group 2- Mina, kaminari and Momo

Group 3- Sero, Tokayami and Tsuyu

Group 4- Ochako, Shoto, Me

Group 5- Aoyama, Toru, Iida

Group 6- Koda and Ojiro

Group 7- Sato and Shoji

(For legal reasons I will not be adding M*neta to class 1-A)

Soon class 1-C came in and we all decided on who to partner up with. My team was partnering with Monoma, Kendo and Shinsou. I realised that Shinsou was the purple boy from this morning and I felt a blush creeping up my cheeks but quickly pushed it down and continued to talk to everyone in our group. We decided that I would sing along with Ochako and Todoroki would do the instruments since he prefered not singing around people he didn't know, none of us had ever heard Todoroki sing and we were curious but I decided to not push it.

I and Ochako talked more and more about a song and we soon made up all the lyrics and decided to try singing it.

We were pleased with the song and decided to tell the others to start getting ready for editing and adding instruments.
