Part four

Hamish POV

"She could have responded a little nicer, it wasn't like I was asking to kill someone or something. I know Vera hates to admit she was wrong but this would be better for everyone if she just apologized."
I was talking to myself when my phone rang.
"Hello" I said
"Hello Mr. duke. I thought about what you said and I'm willing to apologize just for the good cost" Vera mumbled
"Really" I said excited "that's great, do you have time now?!" I asked inpatient
" I do, meet me at the temple in 10." Vera said.
" ok I'll be there!" I said very excited because than all this shit would be over.

10 minutes later....

"Hi" I said to Vera standing there as if she was going to kill me.
"Can we just go I don't have the whole day" she yelled while we were walking to her car.
Not a word was said when we were in the car until vera asked how I was doing. I was kinda shocked by the question.
"Uhm... im fine" I said looking at her "how are you holding up"
" I'm fine" she said cold hearted
" that's great... " I said
When we finally arrived at the den I went to the door to open it for her I don't know why but I just did it
"What a gentleman" she said rolling her eyes at me

When we came in there was a very awkward silence because no one knew what to say so this was fun. I started the conversation saying "well uhm.. Vera uhm ....the grand magus wants to tell you guys something"
"Spill it" jack said very annoyed
"you can also answer a little more friendly" is said
" I can handle this myself" Vera said while walking over to them " so I came to apologize for wiping your memories" Vera said very annoyed
" that was about time" Randall answered
" you think by apologizing that we are going to forgive you?!" Jack said coming closer to Vera " it's not because Hamish thinks good of you that we are going to do that" jack said
"Don't be like this jack she just apologized to you guys why are you guys acting like this" I said
"Don't protect your girlfriend" Randall spit out
"Excuse me, don't ever call me that again!!" Vera screamed
" I think we're done fore today" I said while walking to the door and giving Vera a sign to leave.
" I think so to" jack answered and rolled his eyes
