Central park scene

I rushed to the central park as soon as possible. I found all the people waiting for me already.

"Very late!" ember shouted.

"What were you doing?" Kane asked.

"I was watching a horror movie.." I said.

"Wow..in phasmophobia!" Kane asked.

"I think it's gone." I said.

"Okay okay stop fighting." Nathan spoke.

"So what's the matter?" I asked.

"See this." Nathan said while taking something from his pocket.

It was a red locket. It could have been Maria's mom's locket.

"What? Where did you even find it!!!" I asked.

"In the bushes beside the running track." Nathan said.

"What do you think who may have kept this over here? And how could this come here?" I asked.

"There are many..many questions to be answered, Rosa." Nathan said.

"dude..I am having a sus on Louis." Ember said.

"What do you think, undercover agent?" Kane asked.

Ember giggled.

"The most surprising thing is..that Louis called me for running!!" Nathan spoke.

Chapter 30

Discussions 

"Let's sit in the garden and discuss." I suggested.

We all sat in the garden, and Nathan continued.

"I didn't find Louis but I found this locket. Now I think we should keep a distance from him. He is strong. He does have powers. Believe me." Nathan explained.

"Instead of keeping away from him, we should collect clues and talk to Maria." Kane suggested.

"Better" Ember spoke.

"Yes, this way Louis will also not now that we have a sus on him." I expressed my views.

"So, the 1st clue is that Louis called me Maria instead of Ember." Ember spoke.

"Noted." Kane typed on his phone.

"Clue number 2, he came from Sandlas, California." Nathan said.

"Noted" Kane clarified.

Chapter 31

I came home and lied down. I was so messed up and tired. All the savor things just messed up. Whether Louis knows about Maria and stuff or not.

I looked in my closet to find my night pajamas for tonight.

"What?" my eyes widened. It was something over there. It was a sapphire round globe thing kept inside. I was literally annoyed by all of this stuff.

"Nooo..one more mystery to solve! Oh no! I may better rush." I spoke to myself.

Took my bag, took an extra pair of clothes, headband, hanky, sleep band etc. and started over towards Nathan's.

I went to the location..but..it didn't seemed like if I was on the correct location.. I picked my phone called Nathan.

"heya..Rosa speaking."

"Hey..when u comin'?"

"umm..I am on the spot right now but it's a huge, huge whie building in front of me.. With a garden and a big gate and guards..am I in the correct place?"

"Yes, you are."

"What?? Is this your home????" I was surprised.

"Yes..come in."

"What do I say to the guards?" I asked.

"Just say I am Nathan's friend"

"Okay"

I was truly amazed..I..I..I didn't even know Nathan was so rich! He didn't even show off!!!

"Hello miss" The guards greeted.

"I..I" I had problems regarding public speaking.

"Can I know your name?" One of the guards asked and took a register.

"Rosa." I said.

"Welcome to prince Nathan's home" Guard welcomed.

"Thanks" I replied sweetly.

I entered the huge building. There was a butler standing..he led me to Nathan's floor.

"hey, Richie the rich" I spoke to Nathan.

"Haha...home's too large." He spoke while laughing.

"Hehe" I replied.

Chapter 32

In the present

"Good afternoon guys" I greeted.

"Too late" Kane exclaimed.

"Let's start." Ember suggested

We all quietly listened to Ember and set to sleep.

"Once again in the 121-Billy street." I said annoyingly.

Kane gave me an angry expression because everyone knew that this shouldn't have been my reaction but.. I was truly tired.

"Hello friends." Maria greeted sweetly with her charming face.

"We have news for you." Nathan said.

"Go ahead." she spoke.

"We found this pendant and we suspect Louis to drop this." Nathan said.

"Show me." Maria said.

"Ohh no" Nathan expressed because he tried to pass this to Maria but he couldn't because Maria was a spirit.

"Keep it there. I'll take it." Maria said.

"I don't know about it.wait..wait" Maria was in a shock.

"What??" Ember came close to Maria.

"Someone's from the present." Maria spoke.

Who is it? What is Maria talking about? Who is in the present? Who is the white gown woman? Should we contact Maria's mother's pendant?
