Chapter 8: I'm Ready

I woke up the next morning, Kassam softly snoring next to me. I slipped out of bed quietly trying not to wake him. I grabbed my workout clothes and headed into the bathroom to brush my teeth and get ready. A morning run is exactly what I needed today. After getting ready I left Kassam a note, telling him I'd be back in a bit and headed out the door. As soon as my feet hit the concrete it was like all my troubles washed away. I ran faster and harder than I had in a long time, I didn't pay attention to how far I was running or for how long...I just ran until I couldn't run anymore. Panting and swearing, I found a bench and sat down to catch my breath. I pulled out my phone and started to look at pictures of the houses Kassam and Priya had picked out for us. I needed to choose one of them soon. After looking back at the pictures I decided the first house was the one I wanted. The big kitchen, extra bedroom, sunroom...it was perfect and I was ready to start my life with Kassam in our new home. I texted Priya to tell her I decided on the house. She texted back saying she loved that house too and that it was perfect for us. She would start drafting up all the paperwork and send it to us when she was done. I replied with a thumbs up, but all my excitement went away when she texted back asking me how Kassam reacted to my encounter with Shane. I had totally forgotten about all that after Kassam and I made love last night. I felt like we needed to address the Shane issue but didn't know how. I texted Priya back asking if she could meet me for coffee to talk about it. She said sure and we met at the same coffee shop we had met at the other day. When she got there we ordered our coffee and sat down.

"So, tell me how'd things go with Kassam?"

"I think we are in a good spot. He told me I have to prove to him that I'm as serious about us and our future as he is. I 'showed' him I was...if ya know what I mean?...but I think I still have some graveling to do."

"Get it girl! Glad all is good between y'all. What about Shane though? I feel like he needs to be taken care of."

"Taken care of, sounds like we're going to murder him or something."

"Well, that's not what I was thinking but it's not a bad idea either, that guy is a total slimeball. What I'm saying is do you think Kassam is going to say something to him?"

"Probably not, you know he hates confrontation and making a scene."

"Then it's up to us, what he did was wrong. He tried to manipulate and use you to hurt Kassam. Are you going to let him get away with that?"

"I guess you're right...but what can we do?"

"Hmm...let me dig up some dirt on him and I'll think of something."

"Ok, but we aren't murdering him."

She laughed, "fine."

My phone buzzed, it was Kassam calling, I answered and told him I was finishing up a coffee with Priya and I'd be back soon. I hugged Priya, told her I'd call her later and headed back to Kassam's. 

When I got back to Kassam's he was in the shower. I quickly undressed and joined him. He was washing his face, body facing the shower head. I quietly got in, unnoticed. I ran my hands down his back, admiring his lean back muscles and tight ass, he shifted his feet back and forth and let out a soft moan as I continued to move my hands up and down his backside. I laid my head on his back and wrapped my arms around him, he gently placed his hands over my arms in front of him. We stayed like this for a few moments, I tightened my grip around his chest and squeezed, pulling him as close as I could. Then I let go and slowly moved my hands from his chest, down his tight abs...I traced my fingers along his v-cut, then back in coming to a stop just above his growing manhood. He grabbed my hands and pulled them away, turned to face me, his hands moved from waist to my shoulders, then he slid them up to my neck, cupping it as his lips lightly brushed mine. His touch warmed my skin and entire body. He pressed his lips to mine, our mouths parted and our tongues began to dance in circles. He clutched my butt cheeks, pulling me closer to his hardened rod, assisting me in grinding against him. He continued to clench my butt one hand while the other slid down to my slit. He moved his fingers up and down my slit and I moaned with pleasure. I was ready, I couldn't take the teasing anymore. I lifted one leg up around his waist and pulled him into me. He got the picture and in one swift moment he entered me, sending shivers of pleasure through my body. He quickly rinsed off before stepping aside to let me shower off.
He got out first giving me time to wash my hair and body. By the time I got out he was dressed and in the kitchen.

"So, I've decided on a house."

"Cool, which one?"

"The first one. I already talked to Priya and she's going to get all the paperwork ready for us and send it over when it's done."

"Sounds good."

"I promise you, I'm ready to start our lives together and I can't wait to move into our new house with you."

Kassam walked over to me and gave me a quick peck on the cheek, "me too, babe."

"Do we have any plans for today?"

"Uh, yeah...I need to take care of something down at the club. I was thinking maybe you could spend the day with Amirah."

"Sure...speaking of the club. Are we going to talk about what happened with Shane?"

"There's nothing to talk about. I'm handling it. Have fun with Amirah today and we can all meet up later for dinner."

"Ok...I'll give her a call."

"Good, I'll catch up with you later." He gave me a hug and kiss and headed towards the door. He stopped as he walked out, "Hey Fi.."

"Ya?"

"Don't tell Amirah about Shane. Let's keep this between us."

"Ok."

"And just know that I will always love you, no matter what happens."

I felt my heart melt. "I love you too, Kassam. Always and forever."

I could tell something was going on, something he didn't want to tell me about. What was he going to take care of at the club, I had a bad feeling it had to do with Shane. What kind of trouble had I started? I tried to put the bad thoughts behind me and called up Amirah. She said she would come get me in fifteen minutes and we could go hang out at the mall.

Amirah texted me when she arrived to come down to her car. I grabbed my stuff and headed out to meet her. As soon as I got in the car she started asking a million questions..

"Which house did you pick? How was seeing Priya? Did Kassam play you the mixtape he made?"

I laughed..."One thing at a time girl."

"Ok, ok sorry. I'm just so excited that you are going to be moving here and we will be able to hang out all the time! It just feels so good knowing you and Kassam are so great together. Seeing my brother happy, well it makes me happy."

"Aw Amirah, that's so sweet."

"Thanks, I mean it though. But now answer my questions."

"Alright, I chose the first house. The one with the really big kitchen and sunroom."

"Omg, yes I loved that one. How's Priya? When she first got here to show Kassam the houses, I got to meet her. She's amazing..so glamorous yet so goofy."

"Ya Priya is awesome. Seeing her has been great. I'll be sad when she has to go back home."

"I have a feeling she's going to stick around for awhile." She gave me a sly mile as she said that.

I gave her a sideways glance, "Do you know something I don't know?"

"I have no idea what you're on about....oh look, we're here at the mall. Lunch and then shopping?"

"Sure sounds good."

She parked and we headed inside. I couldn't shake the feeling that Amirah was hiding something from me. It was starting to feel like everyone was acting weird around me.
