Within the Colosseum, Izuku and Toga went on to find seats that will give them great views of the students and thus give the green teen information about the quirks.
During the tournament, Izuku saw the countless quirks of the competitors and the countless ways they were being used.
From both classes 1-A and 1-B to the gadget inventor, Hatsume Mei who was strange but intelligent due to the items she builds for the heroes, a purple-haired boy who seemed very tired and barely fought, Hitoshi Shinsou, whose quirk seemed to be a mind-controlling one.
Viewing the boy Izuku started to mumble next to Toga, "Izuku what are you whispering about?"
Izuku turned to face Toga and explained to her what he saw, "hm, oh, it's just those two, the inventor seems to be incredibly smart, probably will design the gadgets many here will us and the guy with that quirk, the mind control one, it seems to be an extremely useful quirk no matter which side you are on."
"Huh, you really like to study quirks," Toga listened to Izuku's explanations of how those two were compared to the others but as he talked he noticed the hero Endeavor talking with the red-and-white-haired boy.
This boy was Interesting to him since the battle of the USJ as he seemed to act differently from the others.
But during his fights, he saw icy waves covering everything but only by his left side never his right which gained the green teen's attention.
...
The hero Ingenium was traveling across hosu city when he saw a shadow in a dark alley.
Being the job of a hero he went on to check on the problem finding nothing, nothing which he saw.
A small whisper came along as the hero turned to see the source of the sound.
"Fake hero."
The Hero killer came into view attacking the speed hero in and the legs unbalancing him to the ground, this gave Stain enough time to use one of his knives to slice the hero in the shoulder in order to taste his blood.
Stain viewed the paralyzed armored speed hero as he raised his blade and stabbed the hero Ingenium in the stomach and threw his spine.
The notebooks seem to be right.
Before he could get the job done he was messaged by none other than Giran the broker.
with that, the hero killer moved away from the scene of the crime as he viewed the bleeding hero's career over already in order to find the broker.
As he moved away he found Giran in an alleyway, "Why did you call me?"
the broker laughed, "Simply, the League of Villains wants to meet you."
Stain mumbled under his breath before answering, "why would they want to meet me?"
"your simple title makes you formidable in the criminal world," Although stain didn't want to be associated with the league the only member he seems to trust would be Izuku Midoriya due to his hero knowledge which helped him in order to complete his mission.
...
within the colosseum Izuku and Toga saw all the battles between the students, they viewed how each of the students fought while still thinking about the battle between Eijiro Kirishima and Tetsu Tetsu.
the completely disappointing Toga plainly looked at the results, "The fight between those two was anticlimactic?"
"Well, aside from the similar quirks, while one is able to harden himself and the other turning into steel, they both seem to have the same mental state," Izuku explained yet notice how she didn't care.
"Still it was as boring as the girl who just left," she puffed
The battle between Iida and Mei was anticlimactic as the young female just left during the battle.
soon the two heard who will next in the battle.Shoto Todoroki vs Hitoshi Shinsou
Izuku stopped talking and began to see the battle between the two.
During the battle, he noticed Shinsou beginning to agitate Shoto but before he could respond he froze the purple-haired boy.
Izuku saw the event close but noticed a small detail, something which occurred throughout Shoto's battles.
His left side was slightly flaming.
He thought the quirk the boy was only ice creation and manipulation but that was false.
The boy's quirk was both Ice and Fire.
And he only used his Ice.
This angered Izuku to his core.
Being raised as a quirkless individual he knew the pain he felt due to having no quirk, but seeing someone not using his entire quirk angered him, "that moron."
Izuku's rage was boiling inside which Toga noticed, "hey what is going on?"
Izuku turned to eye her confused face and whispered, "he isn't using his entire quirk."
Izuku was about to scream before gaining a message in his phone 'come to the bar'
Seeing the message Izuku began to breathe in and out before standing up and beginning the leave while being followed by a confused Toga.
For now, the boy didn't want to see any more of the tournament since what he saw showed him that people here weren't using their full potential.
When the two were in the passageway Izuku eyed the confused Toga seeing her as someone who used her entire quirk to her full needs, someone who he respected.
just like Tomura and Kurogiri they trusted him with the truth and ensured that he was in essence someone who would be liked within their circle.
As they began to walk to the exit of the building the teen began a conversation between the two of them, "Toga, you wanted to know about the league didn't you?"
Toga eyed him in confusion and they exited the building.
Once they were out of the building a portal opened in the shadows which both of them noticed, "well, I believe you can join us soon, just wait, and I'll have someone go and contact you."
Toga smiled, "well, I'll wait."
And with that Izuku entered the portal leaving Toga with a smile as she went on her way.
After entering the portal into the bar Izuku then saw both Tomura and Kurogiri along with someone else, Stain.Izuku began to ask the reason for the hero killer, "Stain? What is happening?"
Kurogiri faced the confused teen, "Well Izuku we are here to talk about having him join the league."
