//always around the corner//
I arived at the building that my apartment is in. It didn't look too bad, yeah it looked old kinda and dirty, but I didn't mind.
Anything other than living in that hellhole I used to live in is more than fine with me. Seeing as I was living with a drunk father who criticizes everything I do, a stepmother that cheats on my dad and threatens me no to say anything about it or she was going to mke my life a living hell, not that it wasnt. And last but not least my slutty whiny step sister that brings in guys to her room every night to bang, and aslo throws parties in the house when my sperm doner and step devil are away and if they find out she blames it on me.
After I parked, I was struggling with taking my stuff to my apartment, seeing as I packed everything, from clothes and makeup to my skateboards, guitars and room furniture (except my bed and closet of course). The boxes were heavy. So it was hard moving the stuff to my apartment.
"Want some help with that?" Someone asked, behind me. "No thanks, i've got it." Just as I said that, the box i was holding slipped out of my hand, god, can this anymore awkward and embaressing? He just chuckled at that lifting two boxes, each box in one arm without saying another word.
"Are you just going to keep stating, or are you going to tell me where your apartment is?" He said amused. And i thought this couldnt get any more embaressing. "Oh, sorry follow me" I blushed showing him the way to my apartment.
We only took 2 trips to take all the boxes to the apartment. Lets just say he did most of the work. you know I really need to start excersising. "Thank you fro the help, really" I thanked him, grateful for his help, i really didnt know what I would have done without him. "Yeah, it's nothing."
And after he said that he was gone, he didnt even give the chance to ask what his name. well that was wierd. Anyways, its not important, i need to start unpacking. putting my clothes in the closet and bathroom nessecitees in the bathroom, and putting my skateboars next to the door. after staying in the room a little trying to think of a color to paint the walls i decided on light blue, with pictures hung on the wall, it would look amazing.
After settling in, I decided im going to wander around for a bit, seeing as ive never been in this part of town, so I thought I'd explore.
Getting out of the building I saw a couple of guys taking a smoke, I recognized one of them. Guess who it was. It was the guy that helped take the boxes up to my apartment. I thought about saying hi, but he looked my way and didnt even acknowledge me, so i decided against it. 'cause I really hate it when someone does that.
I was happy to see that there is this small bookshop. I went in and there he was again looking at a book on the shelf, and he did the same thing as before, he looked at me but didnt acknowledge me. It started irritating me, its not that he matters to me or anything but its just annoying to see someone you know and not say hi. Okay, I cant really say we know each other but still.
After a while i left the bookshop and walked around for a bit until I found a cute little warm coffee shop. I took a seat in a table in the corner, and orderd my usual favourite. After my coffee arrived i took out the book i just bought from the bookshop it was 'the book of tomorrow'. I sipped on my coffee slowly reading the book, so far the book was really interesting. I was so endulfed in my book that i didnt realize that someone was sitting next to me.
"Hi" he said smiling. "Are you stalking me?" I asked squinting my eyes at him, i was trying to be intimidating, but by the look of amusement on his face, I knew it was definitely not working. "Is that how you greet people?" He raised his eyebrows. "No, hi. It's just that everywhere I look , you're there. You always seem to be around the corner. So, are you stalking me?" I asked him again. "That's not called stalking, thats coincidence."
