Yeh Shaam Mastaani, Madhosh Kiye Jaaye...

Mujhe Dor Koi Kheenche, Teri Ore Liye Jaaye...

Yeh Shaam Mastaani...

While vibing with this song, I'm strumming the guitar for the much-needed tune and also for Rishi who's singing the song. Oh, how I love these melodies, they're so soothing. I can listen to them anytime and thankfully Rishi jas a good voice, unlike others who literally howls when told to sing. Hahaha! This song perfectly suits the scenario. It's already evening and some stars have already started gracing the sky whereas the moon is yet to show it's presence. In the west, the sky is slightly tinted in orange, obviously the after-effects of the sunset. Despite the downpour and tumultuous petrichor filled noon, there have been no hints of cloud in the sky after that, much to my surprise. Well, it was good though, because the rain had successfully spoiled everyone's mood here and mine too for the very first time. Phewww!

Right now, nearly all the students and escort teachers are sitting around the campfire, chilling. After an eventful trek, lunch and hard time while setting the tents; all the exhausted souls are playing games. The tents were set just behind us in a circle around the campfire, little far away from the cliff at a separate level. Everyone was exhausted and bored, so someone suggested to play Antakshari competition between boys and girls team and the idea got instant nods. I always enjoy playing the guitar, so as usual, I took the burden of strumming tunes out of the instrument. But little did I know that this involvement will give more freedom to the butterflies in my stomach to unleash. And the reason is... well it's not hard to guess, right! Angry Woman Mishti!

Though we are sitting far away still, right opposite to each other somehow. So, now and then my gaze always finds a way to her. No matter how much I resist, I kept stealing glances of her. The tension and awkward ai filled between us can be felt by both of us, yet she chose to ignore it. And here I'm unable to face her. Besides both of us, three others are also feeling the same thing around us. Anjali, Ahaan and Kashish, which is clearly seen on their faces. Anjali is sitting beside Mishti with questioning and worried expression. While Ahaan is giving me a go-clear-the-mess expression as he is now aware of everything, whereas Kash is having confusion written all over her face but she can sense the tension yet chose to keep quiet and I can't be more thankful to her. I'm constantly ignoring them as I don't know how to clear the things now.

Yeah, I had thought to talk to Mishti after lunch to clear the mess while coming back to the campsite but she has been avoiding me as if I'm some stranger. I tried several times but every time something or other came up giving her chance to slip away. Whenever I called her, she will pretend as if she never heard me at the first place; or when I tried helping her with something she dismissed me without uttering a single word; and in the end, she always fled away from the place I was present. After all this, it is very much clear she's mad at me for those stunts pulled at the creek. And why won't she? The person she met who didn't utter a single word in the first meet, ended up almost kissing her in the very next meet. Anyone will be hell mad. Though I'm saying that I'm no stranger but the truth is I became her friend in the morning only, so I'm kind off a stranger, not fully though. And now I don't know how to talk to her after several failed attempts.
