ASHER AND SOPHIA'S HOME

The sun was rising upon the crayola yellow-green house which was home to a family of four. Silence surrounded the house. The quiet wasn't going to last long and the two adults that lived there knew that but they bathed in the silence for just a few more minutes.

In the white coloured bedroom, of which the adults laid facing each other, quiet surrounded the room so much that you could hear a pin drop. They didn't want to get up but they knew their children would give them no choice.

Suddenly the door to the bedroom opened, squeaking as it was slowly opened. The adults quickly shut their eyes, pretending to be asleep. The slight sound of feet hitting the floor filled the once silent room.

A set of small hands grabbed onto the duvet, lifting themselves up onto the bed. Creeping up to the top of the bed, the child sat down looking between his parents, pouting at the fact they weren't awake. He brought his hand up to his mothers face and poked her cheek, giggling quietly at the feeling.

The blonde woman bit the inside of her opposite cheek to hide the smile threatening to creep onto her face. A squeal escaped the little boy as he was grabbed from behind and lifted into the air.

"Good morning, mister." The brown haired male greeted, holding his child above his head.

"Morning, daddy." The blonde boy squeaked out, his face going slightly red from being in the air.

The blonde woman sat up, stretching while doing so. She quickly kissed both her boys on the cheeks before commanding them to get up. "Come on, Ash. Get up." She looked over at the alarm clock that sat on her bedside table before continuing, "Can you get Noah ready? We have to be at your dads by ten."

Asher chucked Noah on the bed next to him, chuckling slightly when the boy jumped back on him. "We still have two hours, we'll be fine." His girlfriend simply raised an eyebrow back at him, knowing full well that they wouldn't be ready in two hours. "Okay, okay. Getting up."

"Thank you." Sophia replied as she walked out the room.

Asher looked over at Noah, seeing him sitting cross-legged facing him. "Your mommy's bossy." He commented, though a smile of admiration was on his lips.

"I know." The boy nodded cheekily.

Sophia opened the door carefully, letting the light shine through. The slight sound of crying was heard. As she walked across the room to the white crib, small little arms reached out, ready to be picked up.
