I think this might also fit in well with Inosuke.

I really want Inosuke to have this crossover with avengers, so I'm gonna make this character be in avengers.
The backstory isn't that much difference except the one that adopts and takes Inosuke in is Steve Rogers.
She learns a lot from him and others.
