It had been 2 months since the incident had happened. After ignoring it, Addison had fallen into her old ways, mostly ignoring her roommates and annoying everyone with it. Lexi was fed up with it, along with their other roommate, Haley(the other one moved out).
"Hey Addison, can you turn the water off?" Haley shouted from her room.
Addison was on her phone and ignored this like always, not caring enough to turn off the water that she had left on.
"Addison?"
"Addison!"
"Whaaaaaaaat?" Addison groaned, finally replying.
"I said, can you turn off the water in the bathroom?" She yelled, infuriated and done with her ignoring everyone.
"Fineeeeee," She grumbled beneath her breath even though the task was simple, she was just always discontent. Walking over to the bathroom, she turned off the water she had left on while watching her show on the phone she was carrying.
Ughh, She makes me so mad! Haley thought, grinding her teeth. She went into Lexi's to vent because she didn't really have anything else to do, since it was now summer break.
"Hey Lexi, whatcha doing?" asked Haley, not wanting to interrupt if she was in a meeting or something. Ever since Lexi had gotten a part-time job for the journalist company, since writing was her passion, she had gotten more serious and been in this meeting or that, not having much time for her roommates.
Lexi couldn't tear her eyes away from her computer screen, her face washed in the pale blue light and her fingers continuously typing making a clickety-clackety sound.
"I am currently typing up a new article," she said excitedly, finally tearing her eyes away from the screen, "for the newest edition. My boss says that they might be adding part-timer's articles this time. But I guess I could take a day off, I don't have anything till tomorrow. What's up?"
"It's Addison, she's being so annoying! Do you know a way to get her to stop being soooooooooo ignorant? She keeps ignoring me!" Haley told her.
"Really?" Lexi questioned, she hadn't realized how much she was ignoring them again, she had been so consumed with her new job.
"I might have an idea." She said slyly.
"Really? What is it? Tell me pleeeeease? C'mon tell me!" Haley pleaded in a whiny tone.
"Okay, I'll tell you on the way to her room. You might think it's a little weird though." She motioned for her to follow her. Whispering the secret tactic, she told Haley to stay outside the door and wait for her signal.
Haley was a little shocked by the tactic at first but then grew more accustomed with the idea. She didn't really mind tickling, even liked to tickle others at times, and if she got payback it would be worth it.
Lexi strode into the room, seeing Addison on her phone.
"Addison, Addison! Guess what?" Not getting a response as Addison kept ignoring her, Lexi realized it really was serious. Luckily, she knew exactly how to teach her a lesson.
"Addison!!"
"What?" She said, finally looking up and seeing Lexi, which was a surprise since she hadn't been around much since her job so she knew something was up.
"I heard you were ignoring people again so me and Haley decided we need to have an intervention." Lexi answered her innocently, although Addison knew something was gonna happen next, she couldn't really back away, seeing as her bed was against the wall.
