Tony
I opened my eyes, expecting to wake up in my lab or my bed.
Not shackled to a wall in a dark cellar with a pounding headache. I'm pretty sure Pepper never said that was part of the agenda.
Not that I ever paid any real attention to the agenda.
I looked around, hoping that this was some sort of sick prank. But also shackled to the wall was none other than Steve, Thor, and Bruce.
"Wake up, Pointbreak!" I whisper shouted at Thor.
He stirred but was probably only half awake because he just muttered, "Only when the pop tarts are under my nose."
"This is serious!" I bringing my voice to a mix between a whisper and quiet talking.
"Since when are you serious, man of iron?"
He had a point, but I wasn't about to admit it, "Since you were born."
"You mortals do not live that long."
"Thor, just open your eyes!"
Thor just mumbled something about petty mortals arising at ungodly hours, then just curled up into a ball and went back to sleep.
Instead, spangles himself opened his eyes. He looke at me and mumbled a greeting.
"Tony." He acknowledged, before taking in his surroundings, "What did you do this time?"
"Nothing!" I hissed. I noticed that Steve had a black eye.
Then I remembered what had happened, "Oh gosh, Rhodey! Did they take him too?"
Steve just shook his head.
"If they did, he isn't here." I turned to see that it was Bruce who had spoken.
I looked over to Thor to see if he had woken up yet, but the god had curled around his shackles like a stuffed animal. One really hard stuffed animal.
Just then the door opened and Clint was shoved into the room. It looked like he had put up a fight because of all the bruises that scattered his body.
"It was family day!" Clint yelled at the door, then turned to look at us, "Guess I missed the shackle party, huh?"
Clint was right. While we were all chained to the wall, Barton just had thick handcuffs around his wrists.
Clint shook his head and sat next to Cap, "Cotton candy?" He offered, moving his cuffed hands to pull a bag of cotton candy out of his pocket.
Cap looked at Clint wierdly, then nodded. He managed to reach out and take some of the candy from Clint.
"Gosh Bruce, you look starved." Clint commented, then threw the bag over to him.
"Thanks." He mumbled.
After what seemed like forever of Steve and I making snarky comments at each other and the others watching the exchanges like a movie, Nat was pushed into the room by like five guards.
All of them looked pretty battered, looking at Natasha resentfully. Nat just smile sweetly at them before they slammed the door shut. Natasha had the same cuffs as Clint, but also had looser ones on her ankles.
She turned to look at us, "What did you boys do to get in here?" She asked.
"Nothing." We all said at the same time, causing Cap and I to glare at each other.
Nat raised an eyebrow, "Really? Because I snuck in here."
I stared at her, "You broke into prison?"
