In Kuroyuri: Sonic and the others fight against a Nuckelavee Grimm as it pushes them back. The mist clears as the Grimm with the horse stands towards them in the distance. Sonic: Okay. Now that's a strange Grimm! The Grimm looks at Qrow as Jaune quickly runs towards him. The Grimm stretches out his arm to grab Jaune, but Pyrrha uses her shield protecting Jaune. Jaune grabs Qrow as the Grimm was going towards the two. Ren uses her semblance as the Grimm couldn't see Jaune, and Qrow. Ren: Just get him to safety! Jaune carries Qrow as Sonic and Nora shoots projectiles at the Grimm distracting it. Jaune puts him down by a wall and runs to the others. Ruby dodges it's swings and shoots at the Grimm, but does nothing as it slams Ruby down to the ground. Sonic: Pyrrha, your shield! Pyrrha: Right! Sonic steps on Pyrrha's shield as he gets a boost spin attacking the Grimm. Nora runs towards it as she goes to attack it with her hammer, but the Grimm throws her off. Ren runs around it and shoots at the Grimm, but he Grimm catches his weapon. Jaune: Guys! Keep moving, go in a circle! Sonic: Right! Nora distracts it with her grenade launcher as the Grimm gets off of Ren's weapon. Everyone else runs around the Grimm as it couldn't target them. Jaune and Pyrrha runs together and attacks the horse's legs as it damages it.

The horse then goes to back kick Jaune, but Pyrrha uses her shield as it knocks her back. Jaune: Pyrrha! Pyrrha: I'm okay! Jaune then puts his sword back. Sonic: Huh? Ruby: What are you doing?! Jaune puts the sword into his scabbard as it combines itself. Sonic: Whoa... Jaune runs to the Grimm as Sonic and Ruby shoots at the Grimm distracting it. Jaune attacks the horse's leg again damaging it.

Sonic: Alright, Jaune! The horse backs up as it swings both its arms around as the others run around him, but was too quick as it attacks all of them. Sonic: Now that's great, that thing knew what we're going! The Grimm starts to get spikes on its back as it screeches loudly. Ren runs up on a tree and shoots at the Grimm. As Ren tries to dodge its hands, the Grimm grabs him and slams him towards a wall. Sonic: This isn't good! Nora: Pyrrha! Pyrrha: Right! Nora steps on Pyrrha's shield and gives her a boost going towards Ren. The Grimm's other hand hits Nora's hammer as she was also stuck on the wall with Ren.
