Family

In the barn:
Oscar walks to his barn and puts his rake away.
Oscar: Hmm?
Oscar looks in the mirror as he sees something different about him.
Oscar: Hello.
Ozpin: Hello! I'm Professor Ozpi-
Oscar: Ahhhh!
Oscar falls down on the floor.
Oscar's aunt: Oscar! You be careful with those tools!

In the house:
Yang then had a dream as she was back at Beacon and her right arm was back. As she looks forward, Adam was there as he walks towards her. Yang's weapon was on her as she throws missiles at, Adam, but it doesn't work as he keeps walking. Yang tries again, but her weapon was gone and her right arm was gone too. Adam steps next to Yang as he draws his sword to attack Yang. Yang then wakes up from her dream as it was dark.

Yang hears noises st the kitchen as she goes down stairs to see her father with Port and Oobleck.
Port: And- and- and then, in comes Qrow, wearing a skirt! I was just a T.A. I... I didn't know what to do, so I just left the room to laugh!
The three started laughing.
Taiyang: Yeah, we told him it was a kilt, he'd never worn a uniform before so he didn't know.
Oobleck: That is terrible! What is wrong with you?!
Taiyang: Hey! The girls all said he had nice legs! I did that jerk a favor! Besides, that's not even the best part! See, then we-
Port puts his legs on the table.
Port: Like what you see?
They kept laughing as he falls on the floor.
Yang giggles as Port comes back up.
Port: Oh, um, Miss Xiao Long! Please, join us.
Oobleck: Yes, yes, pull up a chair. Please, pull up a chair.
Yang: I'm good. So, what are you doing here?
Oobleck: Despite popular belief, teachers do have a life outside the classroom.
Port: Professor Goodwitch is working around the clock to restore Beacon to its former glory. But Mistral wasn't built in s day, and we all need some rest from time to time.
Taiyang: Look, let's not worry about that right now. So, there we were, standing in the auditorium, looking at Qrow wearing a skirt! Then Oz tells everyone: "It's time to work on our landing strategy!"
They all start to laugh.
Oobleck: Yhe Brandenburg twins have always been... interesting, to say the least.
Port: That sure didn't seem to stop young Tai.
Taiyang: Hey, come on man, she's right here!
Port: Oh, please! She's a mature young woman. If she can handle combat, she can handle a few jabs at her old man.
Taiyang: That's not the issue, Pete, and besides, she's still a teenager.
Yang: "She" is also in the room and can be 0directly spoken to. And "I" think I've been enough to be considered an adult at this point.
Taiyang: Adult or not, you still got a long way to go before you're ready for the real world.
Yang: Oh my gosh! Does every father figure just have the same three condescending phrases?
Taiyang: Yeah, but we only use them when we mean it!
Yang: Is that so?
Taiyang: As a matter of fact it is so! If you honestly think that you're ready to go out there on your own... well, I guess you lost some brain cells along with that arm.
Everyone was stunned after the comment Taiyang said to Yang.
Yang keeps her cool and kept sit going.
Yang: You jerk!
Yang kept her cool as she slightly punches her dad. They then started laughing.
Oobleck: Are we finally talking about the Goliath in the room?
Port: Miss Xiao Lo- Yang, If you don't mind me asking, why haven't you tried on the arm yet?
Oobleck: Oh, yes yes! A piece of Atlas technology being given out like that is rare indeed, not to mention the effort it took to deliver it here. It seems a great many people want to see you return to normal.
Yang: I'm... scared. Everybody keeps talking about me getting back to normal and I appreciate it. But... this is normal now. It's just... taking me a while to get used to it.
Taiyang: Well... Normal is what you make of it.
Yang: What is that supposed to mean? Do you want me to just pretend like nothing happened? I lost a part of me. A piece of me is gone and it's never coming back.
Taiyang: You're right, it's not coming back. But that doesn't have to stop you from becoming who you want to be. You're Yang Xiao Long, my sunny little dragon. You can do whatever you put your mind to. So whenever you're ready to stop moping, and get back out there, I'll be there for you.
Yang: I...
Port: Fear is like any other emotion, it comes and goes. It's all in how you handle it. Why, even I find myself wrestling with that emotion from time to time.
Yang: Really? You?
Oobleck: He's afraid of mice.
Port: They bring only disease and famine!
Yang starts laughing.
Port: And don't even get me started on their tails! So hairless; simply unnatural.
Oobleck: Port, I assure you, you're safe. There's no mice here right now.

Few minutes later:
Yang goes upstairs to her room.
Yang: Goodnight.
As Yang goes in her room, she looks at the mechanical arm as she hears them outside.
Yang goes by the window and hears them outside.
Port: Thanks for having us over, Tai.
Taiyang: Anytime, you're always welcome.
Oobleck: It may take a while before we return. There is still much work to be done at the school.
Port: I hesitate to ask, but... Is there any work from young Miss Rose and Sonic?
Taiyang: Not yet.
Oobleck: Have you thought of going after them? Trying to bring them home?
Taiyang: I've got to... look after some things.

In the green forest:
Ruby: Come on, guys! If we pick up the pace, we can hit the next town before sunset!
Jaune: Assuming it's still there.
Pyrrha: We'll never know.
Ruby: Of course It'll be there! This one's supposed to be pretty big.
Sonic: Let's see... Hee... gan.. bay.. na..
Ren: Higanbana. It's a well protected village with a popular inn.
Nora: Which means... No camping in the ring!
Ruby: See, everything's gonna be fine!
Jaune: You know, we've may had a lot of ups and downs, but things could be a lot worse.
Pyrrha: Exactly, Jaune.
Jaune: Really thought we'd see more Grimm.
Ren: As did I.
Sonic was looking around as he sees someone at the mountain.
Sonic: (Hmm? Is that? It is him. He must be the reason no Grimm was attacking us.)
Nora: I guess are luck is finally turning around. To Higanbana!
Sonic, Pyrrha, Ren, Jaune: To Higanbana!
Ruby: To Higanban... banna!

Over by the mountains, a Grimm was up going to attack them, but a sword stabs it as Qrow defeated the other Grimm. He sees another crow as he knew who that was.
Qrow: Hmph. "Luck."

In Higanbana:
Sonic and the others went to Higanbana to stay inside the inn. Qrow was watching them from the bar as the waitress gives him a drink.
Qrow: Oh, I didn't-
Waitress: From the woman upstairs. Red eyes. Said you wouldn't mind a bottom shelf.
Qrow: Thanks.
Waitress: But u went ahead and gave you top. Lucky you!
The waitress walks away as he goes upstairs meeting his sister, Raven.
Raven: Hello, brother.
Qrow: Raven.
Qrow sits on the table with Raven.
Qrow: So, what do you want?
Raven: A girl can't just catch up with her family?
Qrow: She can, but you're not. How about we get on with it? Unless you plan on keeping these coming.
Raven: Does she have it?
Qrow: Did you know Yang lost her arm?
Raven: That's not-
Qrow: Rhetorical question. I know you know. It's just obnoxious that you bring up family then carry on like your own daughter doesn't exist.
Raven: I saved her.
Qrow: Once. Because that was your rule, right? Real "Mom of the year" material, sis
Raven: I told you Beacon would fall, and it did. I told you Ozpin would fall, and he has. Now you tell me. Does... Salem... have it?
Qrow: I thought you weren't interested in all that.
Raven: I just want to know what we are up against.
Qrow: And which "we" are you referring to? You should come back, Raven. The only way we beat her is by working together. All of us.
Raven: You're the one who left. The tribe raised us... and you turned your back on them.
Qrow: They were killers and thieves.
Raven: They were your family.
Qrow: You have a very skewed perception of that word.
Raven stands up.
Raven: I lead our people now. And as leader, I will do ever in my power to ensure you our survival.
Qrow: I saw. The people of Shion saw too.
Raven: The weak die, the strong live. Those are the rules.
Qrow: Well, you've certainly got someone strong on your side. I've seen the damage.
Raven: We couldn't have known the Grimm would set in as quickly as they did.
Qrow: I'm not talking about the Grimm, and I'm not talking about you either.
Raven: If you don't know where the Relic is, then we have nothing left to talk about.
Qrow: I don't know where the Spring Maiden is either. But if you do, I need you to tell me.
Raven: And why would I do that?
Qrow: Because without her, we'll all going to die.
Raven: And which "we" are you referring to?
Raven puts on her mask and slices a portal as she leaves. The waitress gasps as she sees the portal open.
Qrow: Make this one a double.

In the house:
Taiyang was watering the plants and Yang comes outside wearing the metallic arm.
Taiyang: Okay. Let's get started.
