Natasha POV

Have you ever been taught that love was for children? They fell in love. Well, I had that happen to me. But here is the catch. I the world's deadliest assassin fell in love with America's golden boy. See becoming his friend was my choice and back then it seemed like it was just a friendship but it was not my choice to fall in love with him. I don't get it. It was fate. I know it was. Bruce I guess was a distraction from what was right in front of me. After he ran off I was broken. But Steve built me up. He wasn't like Bruce. He didn't just jump in my life as bruce did. He slowly broke down those walls. I would try to keep them built up but when he is sweet and loving he is it's hard to not fall in love after 13 years of working together.

Steve POV

When I first meet Natasha she was cold. Never thought one day that I would end up with her. She helped me get used to 21 century. She may have had walls many many walls but I got through those after 13 years. But the last one was the hardest to breakthrough. That wall was letting herself be able to love me and everyone around her. I wasn't just her job. It was all so my job to prove to her that she was in good hands. In loving hands. She was like a turtle who didn't want to come out of its shell. It only took someone or something to make the turtle come out of her shell and see the world. She just like that. Once that last wall was gone and she was all mine. She saw the world. She saw the world how everyone was supposed to see the world. She saw it as the most beautiful thing ever. Little did she know the most beautiful thing was her. The red room fucked her up but she got through it and I helped but it was mostly her. I'm so proud of her. She has grown and that's the most important thing.
