Chapter 4

Tuesday 10:21 am

A harsh knock on Denki's door left him sitting up in bed his heart pounding- "SHIT!" Denki screamed.

The door was flung open "You okay Dude?!?! Wha-?!" Kirishima flung open the door to see Denki in his pajamas sitting up straight his eyes wide. Sero who had somehow walked in without Denki noticing burst into laughter. Kirishima began to do a laugh that sounded like an empty Windex bottle.
"What? What's happening?!?" Denki called out.

Sero walked over to Denki's bed and sat on it. "Dude," Sero started softly. "It-" a wheeze cut him off. "It's 3 pm," Sero almost had to yell it before Denki got the hint.
"Wait, wait, wait, you're telling me I slept through a whole day of school!"
"Yeah...." Kirishima added from the door since Sero the laughing mess he was. was in no state to answer that.

While Kaminari and Sero chatted on the bed Kirishima opened Denki's wardrobe to pick him out an outfit.

"-and Bakugo did this massive explosion! And he was all like," Sero paused, cleared his throat, and in a very bad Bakugo impression he said, "Where the fuck is Zappy!" For the tenth time in the last 5 minutes, the boys cacked their guts up. "H- He-," Sero gasped for air.
Kami spoke up, "You sounded more like Missiki!" 
"Hey!" Sero yelled and teasingly slapped Denki on the wrist. "Didn't you flirt with her anyway?"
"Dude don't deny she's hot!"

"Omg! Kami!" Kiri called out. In reply, he got a high pitched hum. "Why do you have this?" Ejiro pulled out a short black and sky blue plaid skirt. 

"IT'S MINA'S!" He yelled turning slightly pink.
"Why is it in your room?" Sero asked.
"Well you know Mina needed to reorganize her room so she moved some in here for the meantime," Denki quickly lied.
"I didn't know she was changer her room around," Sero added.
"Denki," Kirishima started as he folded the skirt back up. "It's okay to own a skirt," He gave a small laugh. "It doesn't make you any less of a man if you like to wear skirts." Kiri insisted.

"I- I" Denki was shocked at the reply just waiting for a catch. 
"We'll tell Mina you own a skirt, if," Sero paused as a cheeky glance came from Kirishima. "You put it on!" Sero completed.

"If I what?!?" Kaminari squealed.
"Yeah Dude!" Sero added in encouragement.
"How about this top?" Kirishima added from the floor as he held out an oversized Cartoon top.
"Are you out of your mind?" Denki asked Kiri. You could see on Sero's face that they thought they were pressing Denki and making him uncomfortable. 

"That skirt makes me looked like a goddess and you want to ruin it with that old tee?" Denki asked yeeting the conversation the other way around. 

Kaminari made his way to the floor while the other boys in the room watched in amazement. He pulled out an old bad tee-shirt. "See this," He said holding it up. "The black background and the black plaid in the skirt match together, and it won't look way too big." 

Denki walked away, down the hall towards the bathroom after he finished his fashion lesson with Sero and Kiri.

Sero looked from the door to Kiri and back multiple times before either of them spoke.
"That's... a lot to take in," It was Kirishima to break the silence.

The 2 boys in Kami's room spook about what had just happened, being accepting of course. Both of them did note that Denki had become more like Mina with the fashion advice he was giving out. 

The door gently swung open to reveal Kaminari standing in the dorm hallway, acutely smiling.
"Sooo," he started mischief tugging at his voice. "What do you think?" he asked.
"Dude that's hot! No homo though!" Sero said.
"I told you I looked sexy in a skirt," Denki replied.

The 3 boys decided to go to an arcade and take time off homework. They were going to meet Bakugo in the common room before they left.

"Hey Bab-Bro," Kiri called out as he saw Bakugo in the common leaning against the far wall.
"Hey Ei" He walked over to him. "Why didn't you call me babe, huh?" He asked as he put a hand on his lover's back as Kiri embarrassedly pulled away.

His face turned bright red as Bakugo pulled away. "Hey Soy-sauce and mustard," he said as he began to lead the way out of the room.

Oh, that's new, Denki thought as he walked out of the room following at the back of the room.

Sero nudged Kami in the ribs. In response, Denki turned towards the taller boy next to him. Come to think of it Sero really meant a lot to Denki and he was kinda like an older brother.

"Did Baku-toe just back down from insulting you?" Sero asked.
"I dunno.. he's never called me mustard before,"
"Yeah, it was really weird,"
"Do you think he's okay?"
"You think he could be upset?" Sero began to prod into Denki's thoughts.

"If either of us gets the chance we should get him to open up," Denki started. Sero nodded in agreement. " If he honestly says nothing is wrong then Kiri could be making him mushy," Denki joked. The boys at the back of the group started to laugh.

"What are you idiots laughing at?" That's when Denk noticed that Bakugo had looked back at them. His pace slowed, same as Kirishima's, and the soon stood in line as a full group.

"Nothing much," Sero replied. He stepped forwards to push open one of the double doors to the dorm building. Denki ran up to open the other one.

They walked in a line on the pavement Bakgo being closeted to the gutter and Sero near the wall. You can probably guess who was standing next to Bakugo and who was next to Sero.

Kirishima looked over as he felt Denki move further away. Denki has latched onto Sero's torso. He was nuzzling his face close into his chest. Gee, this day really was full of surprises.

"Hey..." Kiri put his attention back over to his boyfriend. He was shocked at how gently he asked for his attention.

"I wanted to ask you something," He nodded as Baku started slowly. " Did Dunce face say anything about preferring female pro-nous?" Kiri weakly smiled. It was nice to know that the feisty boy in front of him really did care.
"That's sweet of you to ask," Kiri said.
"Doesn't answer my question," Bakugo spat.
"No, he didn't he just wanted to be more feminine,"

You could visibly see Bakugo look a little more settled. "Okay, thanks," He said to end the conversation he had with his partner. It was nice to know the full story. Though he didn't act like it he really loved all of his friends and the last thing he wanted to do was make one of them feel uncomfortable, especially if he could've avoided it.

He walked around to the other side of Eiji to stand next to Denki who had now released Sero and was walking while chatting a light conversation.  "
I'll race everyone here to the arcade!" Bakugo declared. They had been walking for 10 minutes and the arcade was only a few blocks away now.

"Game on!" Denki replied and nagged Sero to join.
"Alright fine," Sero accepted
"What about you?" Denki asked as he looked at Kirishima.
"Sure thing,"

And just like that, the 4 boys raced off down the road.

They all put in 100% to try and win. The results are in.

Kirishima won, followed by Bakugo then Denki, and finally Sero. The whole race was close and it really could have been anyone's game.
