"So how do we find the first jewel?" said Charles Wallace.
"To collect the jewels, you reenact the tale of the Arabian Nights. The first one is the tale of Sinbad and the Rocs" the Genie explained.
"So we're Sinbad in this case. But what are the Rocs?" Sam said.
"The Rocs is an eagle that you need to defeat, kids. In order to do that, ya gotta scare him away" said the Genie.
"Where do we find the Rocs?" said Calvin.
"He's always standing on one of the pillars near the palace" said the Genie.
"Let's do it, Warriors" said Charles Wallace.
The kids ventured to the palace and they did find an eagle on the pillars.
"Sweet. Now we gotta scare that thing off" said Calvin.
"I got this" Sam said.
She flew up and scared away the Rocs.
And once the eagle flew away, the kids were rewarded with the jewel.
"Good job, kiddos." said the Genie.
"What's next, Genie?" Meg said.
"Have a look at this" said the Genie handing them a scroll.
The picture on the scroll formed a heart.
"Wow. It's like a puzzle" said Charles Wallace.
"Why's only one piece filled in?" Sam said.
"Because, already, you've found the first jewel" said the Genie.
"I see! So with every jewel comes a new piece of the puzzle" said Calvin.
"Correct-a-mundo, Cal" said the Genie.
"And every piece forms a heart as a whole" Sam said.
"Bingo, Sam! But not just anybody's heart" said the Genie.
"Whose is it?" said Meg.
"Well, kid, who are you tryin to save?" said the Genie.
The kids looked at each other with shocked expressions.
"Murray!" they said in unison.
"So you're making us piece together Murray's heart?!" Sam said.
"Not literally. You still have six jewels to find, so..." said the Genie.
"So we better get moving. What's next?" said Meg.
"The next tale. The tale of Ali Baba. Go find the Cave and say the magic words "open sesame" if you wanna find the jewel" said the Genie.
"Oh, that's easy. We found the Cave in order to get your lamp, Genie" said Charles Wallace.
"Oh, no, not the cave of wonders, kid. Another cave. It's way further away than the Cave of Wonders" said the Genie.
"Then we better move it" said Calvin.
The kids travelled deep in the desert. They searched until they found the Cave.
"looks like this is it" Meg said.
"Sam, say the magic words" said Charles Wallace.
"Me?" Sam said.
"Yes. You. You wanna save Murray the most" said Calvin.
Sam stepped up to the Cave.
"Open Sesame" she said.
And the Cave opened up. The kids found the jewel inside it.
"That's two. We gotta find five more" said Meg.
Two down, five to go.
But they still have a long way to go to save Murray.
