Chapter 1 - The New Girl

(Hawks' pov) I was sitting in class, my seat next to the window, staring out at the view as my class was one of the highest floors of the school. Then everyone came swarming around me, I was kinda the schools pretty boy, not gonna lie. Girls were asking me for kisses on the cheek or hugs etc. Most of the time I accepted, but from this day forward, I declined.
(Third person pov) Y/N walks around, trying to find her assigned class, class 1A. When she found it, she hesitated before walking in, questions racing through her mind 'What would they think of my quirk?' 'What if they don't like me?' 'What if I don't make friends?!' She never seemed like an anxious person, on the outside she seemed quite serious and almost depressed, but on the inside, she was a nervous wreck.
(Y/N's pov) My arms lay on both of my sides, I suddenly become tense, my hands making tight fists, clutching onto the hemming of my skirt. I took a deep breath and knocked on the door. As I was about to knock, the door swung open before my knuckles could reach. It was the teacher, she welcomed me with a warm smile, making my nerves go away, 'Gosh how long have you been standing there?' She asked me 'Come in! Come in!' She said almost immediately after, not letting me answer her question. She seemed bubbly and loud, my COMPLETE opposite. I took a few steps into the classroom, and everyone's eyes turned sharply towards me. My teacher then spoke again "I'm Ms. Hanzaki, your teacher! Why don't you go on and introduce yourself!" I turned to the class and said in quite a lazy and tired voice, "Heyoo, I'm Y/N L/N, it's really nice to meet you guys."
"Miss L/N over here got in through recommendations... Keigo looks like you've got some competition!" Ms. Hanzaki said in a sassy/teasing way. I looked around to see everyone trying not to make eye contact with me, blushes slowly creeping onto their faces, "Hey you're super hot, you know that?" A guy said from the back of the classroom. He gets up and walks towards me, not caring about Ms. Hanzaki telling him to sit back down. He uses his left arm to push me up against the blackboard, his tall figure peering down at me, "I'm Kai Takahashi" he leans his head down to get closer to my face, I can now feel his warmth on the right side of my neck, "but you can call me Kai" he said in a mysterious way. I didn't know what to do as my face flushed red, he chuckled at me, I looked off to my right to see a red winged boy with glowing gold eyes, he looked mad as hell. His golden eyes, sparkling in the sunlight, they looked mesmerising.
"Alright Alright Mr Takahashi, don't frighten the new student now, she just got here." Ms. Hanzaki said, trying to sound laidback, though she couldn't as she was mad by the way Kai treated me. Kai just looks at the teacher and then turns his gaze back to me, he gave me a smirk. "Kai Takahashi, you need to start listening to orders first time round! Sit. Back. Down!" He walked back with his hands in his pockets, not threatened by Ms. Hanzaki at all.
'Damn, he must be one of those troublemakers, ugh, another one I have to deal with' I thought
I walked to my seat which was right in front of Mr. Red Wings, idk his name so I'm just gonna call him Mr. Red Wings.
(Hawks pov) I saw that she was walking towards me, as she sat down... RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME! I was so passed at Kai, who did he think he was, he needs to lay back with this "bad boy" act, whatever. I tapped the girls shoulder, "Hey, are you alright? You know, after what happened with Kai?" I asked. She turned around to face me as I was met with her Ruby Red eyes, glowing as the sunlight hit them, they, were beautiful! "Oh! Yeh I'm alright, this ain't the first time that's happened to me" Then she gave a slight smirk and a quick giggle, 'that was quite hot, damn' I thought to myself, I then snapped out of it and said, "Oh by the way, I'm Keigo Takami, you can call me Keigo though, nice to meet you Y/N."
She gave me a soft smile, it was the first time I saw her smile after she had walked in "Nice to meet you too Keigo."
With that, she turned back around, as I let the deep red blush free that I had been containing in.
