Amnesia // Jachary

•the next morning•

Jack woke up with his head cuddled into Zach's chest. Zach's arms were loosely wrapped around him while he let out soft snores. Jack softly chuckled to himself before pulling out his phone and opening Twitter. He tweeted a simple "🥺❤️" before going onto Instagram. He replied to a few DMs from fans, then liked some edits. He saw a lot of Jachary edits and a lot of edits about Zach and the accident.

After about 10 more minutes Zach woke up with a big yawn. He stretched his body before smiling at Jack.

"Good morning sleepyhead," Jack joked.

"Mornin'," Zach replied. Jack got off of Zach's chest and sat up. "Y'know, I was thinking we should go live on the band account and explain everything. The only thing the fans know is that we were in an accident and I was diagnosed with amnesia. We haven't given them any updates since the accident."

"That sounds like a great idea. Get changed then we can go talk to the guys," Jack said as he got out of bed. He grabbed a pair of jeans and a hoodie then took a quick shower and changed in the bathroom. When he came out Zach was sitting on the edge of the bed.

"Uh, all of my clothes are at my parents' house," Zach said shyly.

"You can borrow some of mine if you want," Jack said casually.

"Okay."

Jack grabbed a pair of black jogging pants and a hoodie then gave the outfit to Zach who changed in the bathroom.

The pair walked downstairs and found the rest of the guys eating iHob pancakes.

"Good morning!" Daniel welcomed.

"Good morning Dani," Zach replied.

"We got you guys blueberry pancakes, they're on the counter."

"Thanks."

Jack and Zach both grabbed a container of pancakes then sat with the rest of the guys.

"How was your sleep?" Jonah asked, a small smirk visible on his lips.

"It was good," Jack answered.

"Probably because you were together," Jonah mumbled.

"Shut up dickhead," Jack replied playfully. Jonah let out a quiet chuckle. Zach just gave them a questioning look.

"Jack, what was that about?" Zach asked.

"Oh nothing, just Jonah being a dick," Jack laughed. Zach just shrugged then said a quick 'ok'.

"Anyway. I was thinking that today we should go live on the band account and give the limelights an update. All they know is about the accident and my amnesia," Zach explained to the group.

"I like that idea," Corbyn agreed. Daniel and Jonah nodded in agreement. Zach smiled at them. "I'm glad you're feeling ready to talk about it, I'm proud of you bro."

"Thanks, Corbs."

•after breakfast•

Zach set up his phone on the coffee table so it could see all of the guys on the couch. He swiped over to the Instagram camera, hit 'live', then 'go live'.

Immediately, almost 3 thousand people joined. Zach looked at the number and his eyes widened a little bit.

"You okay?" Jack whispered.

"Yeah, just overwhelmed," Zach replied. Jack replied with a nod.

After another minute or so, 8 thousand people were on the live.
