Amnesia // Jachary

The two boys pulled away from the hug, they both had huge smiles on their faces.

"I'm so glad I have you back, you have no idea," Jack said happily. Zach smiled then pecked Jack's lips. Zach hugged Jack again, keeping his arms around the boy's neck. Jack held Zach close by his waist.

"Thank you for never giving up on me, if it weren't for you I'd still be in my room doing nothing with my life," Zach mumbled into Jack's shoulder.

Jack started getting emotional from that statement. He quickly wiped his tears before placing a kiss on the top of Zach's head.

"Of course bub, thank you for trying, I know recovery wasn't easy on you," Jack replied. Zach cuddled his face into Jack's neck, placing a few soft kisses there before pulling away. The two boys looked at each other before pecking their lips together a few times. "So, when are you moving back in?"

"I still need to talk to my parents. I think they know it's going to happen soon. I can call my mom right now," Zach answered.

"Ok."

Jack let go of Zach's waist, and Zach brought his arms off of Jack's shoulders. They sat on the bed together, Jack had his back against the headboard, and Zach had his back against Jack's chest. Zach pulled his phone out from his pocket and called his mom, putting it on speaker so Jack could hear.

"Hi, Zach! How are you?" Myta asked excitedly.

"I'm good mom, what about you?"

"I'm good. I miss you, you've been with the boys for the past few days," Myta slightly complained. She was happy that he was getting back to normal, but she couldn't deny that she liked having him back at home.

"I know, I miss you too momma. But, I was thinking, maybe I could move in with them again?" Zach asked. "I've been thinking about it for a while, and the rest of the guys are okay with it."

"That's perfectly okay with me! I'm glad to see you getting back on track."

"Thanks, momma. I'll probably be over with Jack soon to get my stuff, the rest of the guys are out," Zach said, half lying. Daniel and Corbyn were still at home, but Zach wanted to announce that he and Jack were together, and he wanted to be alone with Jack for that.

"Okay, see you soon."

"Bye momma, see you soon."

Zach hung up the phone then placed it on the bed. He cuddled back into Jack and rested his head on his shoulder. Jack looked down at him and pecked his lips.

"Hey, Zach?" Jack spoke softly.

"Yeah?"

"I never officially asked you, will you be my boyfriend?" Jack asked.

"Of course Jacky," Zach answered with a wide smile. Jack smiled as he began rubbing the small boy's sides. "I was thinking we could tell my family that we're back together when we go over there. If that's okay with you of course."

"Of course it's okay with me, whatever makes you happy bubba," Jack answered. Zach smiled widely.

•30 minutes later•

Jack and Zach walked into the Herron house, immediately being attacked by Reese.

"Zach!" Reese exclaimed. She ran into her older brother's arms and hugged him tightly. Zach went down to his knees so he would be the same height as her.

"Hey princess," Zach replied. They pulled away from the hug and smiled at each other. "I've missed you."

"I missed you too Zachy, I had nobody to have a tea party with," Reese said with a pout.
