Shinsou pulled his mask onto his face, and tugged his hood into place ontop of his head. He wore a cat themed, white mask, which covered his entire face, and a dark grey, camo patterned hoodie. He had a utility belt, with a few knifes sheathed on it. Most of them were regular kitchen knifes, but Shinsou couldn't really get his hands on anything else. He had black combat boots with steel toes, and grey yoga pants. He pulled a pair of slick, black gloves on, designed to be able to grip onto things well. No identifiable traits could be seen, just as he was hoping for when he first came up with the outfit. He began unlocking his bedroom window, and slowly slid out of it, standing on the ledge of it. It was barely wide enough for him too stand, and he quickly jumped off, grabbing onto the nearby gutter and sliding down it.
He now stood in the middle of an allyway, scanning the area to make sure no one else was there. He had only been doing this for a little less than a week, and had started not too long after the USJ attack, so he wasn't the best at it, and didn't want to end up caught in a sneak attack. He didn't see or hear anyone, and ran out of the allyway. He made sure to stay farther away from any lights, so that way he was less noticable. It was pretty quiet, nothing seemed to be happening tonight. That was good, he supposed. That ment that he could focus on trying to locate the League of Villains. And luckily for him, he had an idea on where to start.
You see, while he hadn't been a vigilante for very long, it had been long enough that he had heard of someone known as Giran. Apparantly, he was a C-ranked villain associated with the League. He sold information to people, and found possible recruits for the Leauge, according to what Shinsou had heard being whispered in shady alleys. Either way, Shinsou figured that if he could find Giran, he could use him to get to the League. Problem was, Shinsou had no clue how to find Giran. Well, he could probably get some thug to tell him where he was. His quirk could come in handy for that.

Uraraka paced about in her room, staring at her phone, waiting for something, anything to come up. She was trying her best to find some sort of clues within the news articles and posts on social media, but to no prefail. It seemed that the rest of O:MSR hadn't found anything, either. Of course, she wasn't going to just give up on it, she just needed to find a different solution. As she paced, she accidentally tripped over her own two feet, and knocked over a potion stand that she had set up not too long ago. "Darnit... Now I need to clean this up and set it up again..." She grumbled, setting down her phone to scoop up some of the jars and containers.
As she picked up her spell book, a realization came to her. She could use a tracking spell. Sure, she'd need to learn it first, but that couldn't be too hard, right? She put the spell book down on her bed, and finished cleaning up the mess, before sitting on the bed and opening up the book. "C'mon, there has to be one somewhere in here...." She muttered, flipping through the pages. Eventually, she landed on one of the pages, and saw the spell she was looking for. She skimmed over the instructions, before saying, "Okay, maybe not so easy to learn...."

Midoriya licked his lips, staring at the lavander colored potions that sat on the counter. Shigiraki had added another one, probably so that he was more tempted to join their League of Villains. If that was his intention, it sure was working. The scent of the potions itself was overwhelmingly sweet and sugary, which only worked to make him crave it. Surely, it tasted just as sweet as it smelled. The taste of it's power probably made it sweeter- Midoriya shook his head, no, you can't just give in like that.. But... He was starting to feel a bit... different about his lack of magic. The anger and hostility from before had subsided, to be replaced by an overwhelming, all consuming fear.
He was scared. Without his magic, he was scared.
After all, he was born powerless, in a world where everyone had super powers. Up until he learned magic, he was nothing more than a quirkless, defenseless Deku. And now that he lacked his magic once more, he was back to being a defenseless Deku. And that was scary. Back when he was a defensless Deku, his classmates constantly beat him up, told him how worthless he was. He didn't want to go back to that. He never wanted to go back to that. But now he was powerless once more. Except this time, he could easily get his power back.
