Lured •Hyungkyun•

Im back

Changkyun was almost there, he was nearing his friends shelter. Their part of the 'rule based' boundary. Halfway through he kept on thinking how his friends managed to trick his father in whatever lie they told the King.

The journey back from the witches old, magically- terrifying place was pretty smooth except for the pounding pain he felt on his back and tail and a few sea creatures he needed to avoid kinda took time. but he was getting near.

Swimming as fast as he can with an injured tail and a pretty bruised torso. He was surprised he didn't faint along the way. 

Looking down at his tail and examining it he didn't notice his friends nearing him in an unrealistic speed.

"Changkyun!" A hoarse voice shouted

Looking up, his friends came to his sight.

"Are you alright?!" Kihyun asked examining his younger friend.

"I'm fin-"

"You have a big bruise on your side as well as your back!" Minhyuk basically shouted while examining his back before his eyes landed on the youngers half bleeding tail. "And your tail is bleeding! Changkyun what happened?!"

"Hyung I'm okay its just a few injuries-", "Changkyun its still dangerous, we don't know what other parts are injured!"

"Kihyun hyung, I'm back now and I know you'll take care of me-"

Kihyun scoffed before saying, "Ofcourse I will, just look at your state- Shownu get the sea grass, I'll just let the bleeding stop for awhile" he said while sending glares at Changkyun who had his head down.

"Hyungs, im sorry.."

Minhyuk sighed before saying, "Changkyun its okay Kihyun is just overreacting." Kihyun then shifted his glares to Minhyuk.

"Just look at the boy-"

"Atleast your back here safe." Minhyuk said cutting off  and ignoring Kihyuns rant and smiling softly at Changkyun.

Changkyun smiled back.

Shownu got back after a while, sea herbs on his hands. Kihyun approached his lover and gave him a nod of appreciation.

Changkyun was already sitting on Kihyuns shell.

"Your bruised up, what did you encounter out there?" Kihyun asked while lowering down to be face to face with Changkyuns tail.

"The witches sea pet. Thankfully, Shownu hyung taught me a few things about fighting before I left." He sent Shownu a thankful look, to which the latter replied with,

"I knew you'll need it and you're a pretty fast learner, I'm glad your back not looking any worse Changkyun" he smiled his soft smile.

"So did you got what you went there for?" Minhyuk replied placing herbals on Changkyuns scars.

"Oh yes about that.." Changkyun searched his mini pouch that's now detached from his waist.

Pulling out an emerald gold ring. His hyungs were pretty much impressed.

"Its beautiful.." Kihyun said leaning his face closer. "What did the witch say about it?"

"She said something about being ready for what my request takes" he replied looking at the ring confused as if he's not sure if that's what the witch really told him.

The three other men surrounding him looked at each other with worrying glances.

"Changkyun just be aware of your surroundings especially when your already out there okay?" Shownu said talking about the human world.

Changkyun nodded and smiled.

Silence engulfed them with his hyungs treating his scars and bruises.

"Im Changkyun" a raspy deep voice called out.

The four boys looked at the owner of the voice, with unexpecting eyes.

"I heard you went and decided to explore alone.."

Changkyun looked at his hyungs. 'So thats the lie they thought of, how cute' he thought looking at the man bowing before nodding.

The man scanning him from top to bottom, "but I suppose it didn't went well", he said noticing the injuries.

The man inhaled sharply before saying, "alright, hurry up and finish , there will be a small meeting- and make sure to explain to them why you have bruises all over your body so we can avoid misconceptions."

Changkyun nodded looking at his friends and thanking them to which they all replied with soft smiles but worrying eyes. Changkyun knew what those stares meant.

He smiled reassuring them before looking at the man whos looking back at him expectantly.

"Yes father, lets go."
